I have so many tattoos from them because even though I say it’s my last one every time LOL the environment is just great. It’s never awkward silence or you wondering, “why are they having this conversation with me.” They’re so chill and nice it’s always a good time and a bunch of laughs. I’ve been tatted by several artists there, and none has yet to disappoint me. Very well priced in my opinion and I will be going to them and recommending them until I’m like 70… ALSO PIERCINGS. Worst experience ever took my son to get his ear pierced  very simple ear lobe cant understand how hard that can be but first 3 days after having it done the ring that was put in fell  out I tryed for over an hour to put a new one in come to relize thay the enter hole was where I agreed but some how the exit hole was so much higher completely messed up I contacted the shop and the owner melissa expressing how un happy I was 2 days in a row we made appointments to have his ear re done twice I took time off work took him in to be told by the guys at the shop melissa was not in noone can get ahold of her finally after i flipped out she wrote back making excuses after excuses about why she wasnt there so on n so on please spend a few extra bucks and go to another shop how u mess up a 8 year olds ear lobe  I'll never understand wasnt trying to support her n her business but when your never there shop guys are all outside smoking weed dont care even when I was there they had a serious junkie having a flip out in the back room wanted to apprentally drive home with thier child super unprofessional decent thing would of been to just offer my money back or offer to have it redone and paid for at another shopnot make excuses no respect for customers Read Less

I've been here at 3 times and Misty Blue has been absolutely amazing. She has done both my industrial and daith piercings; they were in the perfect positions and healed without any issues what so ever. I had one tattoo done here by someone who is no longer with the company but looking for some new ink soon and will definitely be speaking with Misty about which of her artists would be best for the job. Terrible facility, the employers have poor attitudes as well as unprofessional behavior. The color scheme and furniture is nauseating, gives me a headache. They are extremely disorganized, and cannot properly schedule appointments. The professional piercer is never even in the shop, anytime I set up an appointment the response I get is that she has stepped out, or said, or absent, pretty odd that this occurrence is regularly as I've tried multiple times to set up an appointment and even done a few walk-ins. The artists lack talent and individuality, very amateur work. The owner of the business is never present. I've never been so disappointed in a tattoo in my life, it was a very simple and small piece, almost a silhouette basically and it was horribly done the lines were crooked, and I'm not confident in the cleanliness or hygiene of the tools that were used. I would highly recommend against visiting this place, mind you it is also located in a dark, cold, basement it is a wonder they get any business at all. Read Less

We were looking forward to the experience, as most of the reviews online were very positive. Our appointment was booked for 6:30 pm, and my friend was called by an employee of the shop earlier on in the day for us to come at 6:00 pm if we preferred, as there had been a cancellation. When we arrived at the shop, we were greeted with extreme confusion and disorganization. No one working there had any idea we were even coming for tattoos, nothing was recorded on their calendar, and no one seemed to know about the call made to my friend earlier on in the day instructing us to come early. In hindsight, both my friend and I should have taken this as an indication of the state of the shop and how business was conducted, and we should have immediately left...unfortunately we did not. Our tattoo “artist” ensured us that he had been tatttoing for 8 years, and both my friend and I were comforted by that initially. Upon following all post tattoo care instructions, I can firmly say that BOTH of us are more than unhappy with the finished product. Both pieces exhibit extremely poor line work and crooked and uneven portions. These were extremely simple and small pieces, that I would have even expected an apprentice to execute with success. Both my friend and I have many tattoos, so are familiar and adhere to aftercare instructions, and we were both terribly disappointed with the finished product. We are very aware that most tattoos need a touch up, but the finished product is well beyond that. Needless to say, we will not be going back for the free touch up offered to us upon completion of the tattoos, and will be going to a professional artist to have them fixed. Our warning is, please do your research before even getting the smallest or most simple of tattoos, because even those can end in pieces you will need to get fixed or covered. And looking back, my friend and I both thought it was odd that the shop didn’t even get us to fill out a waiver or any personal information, which I’m sure is a violation of heath and safety codes. I’ve come to this place once for a nose piercing and it was a good experience and it’s now healed. 👍🏽 But for the past couple of weeks I’ve been wanting to bring my sister here for her nose piercing and these guys have just started being unprofessional. Every time I call to make inquires about the piercing, the piercer is either not in, or sick. They’ve even told me to call back in half an hour because the piercer “stepped out,” and of course when I call back, no one picks up. I’m tired of giving these guys chances. I got a piercing done and it was terrible. First the customer service sucked. The girl didn't even introduce her self. She looked like she didn't even want to be there. Secondly she didn't explain things to me prior to getting the nose piercing. Like what to expect. She didn't put effort into talking to me and making sure how I was feeling. She lacked personality and customer care. She marked where the piercing would go and she said "it's better if it's closer to the face." That it would bother me less because of the movement. This was a terrible move because if I were to get a hoop later on I would not be able to because the placement of the nose piercing being too close to the face. The nose piercing was so close to the face that more movement happens, which doesn't help heal the area. The stud itself was a terrible one. It kept falling out and there was no corkscrew backing. My overall experience was terrible. I do not recommend you getting a piercing at this place. I don't even want to give one star. Wasted my money. I do not recommend this place for piercings! Now I have to wait a month for it to heal before getting it done correctly. Read Less

I went there because I couldnt put my nose stud back in my nose after it came out. Even though I didnt pierce from them the girl who works there named Misty, she was extremely nice and helpful. She took her time and put it back in for me at no cost. She was sincere in the way she did it. It was big thing for me because I had a very hard time. Plus their pricing is also very affordable-$30 for nose all inclusive and on saturdays its only 15$ which is sooo much less than where I did from downtown. Highly recommend for nose piercings.
