I went to Elevated Ink as my piercing I received from an entirely different place, got infected. I wasn't even sure it was infected but Amber confirmed. She was incredible. She took great care in removing the piercing by even confirming with a colleague what the best way would be (because it was going to hurt A LOT!). Hard to put into words how impressed I am with my entire experience at Elevated. My wife & kids bought me a gift certificate for Christmas with the idea that my kids would design a tattoo for me. It's not my first, but it has been 20yrs since I had a new one, so this was a pretty special. My kids (7 & 10) picked Bibi out of the artists based on pictures of their work. Her use of colour and "cute" stuff won them over. They went in, talked to her about it and she told them exa...ctly what they needed to do. One drew the picture, the other picked the colours and filled it in. Bibi is amazing. She was so patient and friendly with the girls & treated them like a real part of the artistic team. I just had my nose pierced by Reesha and I was petrified. She answered all of my questions and empowered me and was so calming and confident that all of my fears melted away. Her work was fast and accurate and she explained every step with kindness and charisma. The gang at the shop humoured me and laughed with me and lightly joked with me making me feel at ease. Genuinely one of the best tattoo shops you can go in the city. incredible staff, and phenomenal customer service given from Jeremy and his wife. all of them are genuine people who are easy to talk too. the store itself has a family vibe, unlike most tattoo shops that have a distance from artist and customer. this store will work with its customers as long as their is communication between artist and client. the interior is welcoming, and so is the staff, they will gladly communicate with you as you design your tattoo. Went here to get my ears pierced (basic, I know). Piercer was incredibly nice and friendly! Made good conversation to get my mind off the pain, which wasn't much and was very professional. The whole parlor is very sanitary and sterile (apparently the health inspector had said it was more sterile than most blood clinics- yikes). My lobes only cost $40 for the both and their other piercing seem quite affordable as well. Also had hypoallergenic options which was great since I'm allergic to most metals. Would recommend! Went with my friend to get her first tat on Friday St Paddy's day! And they made her feel very comfortable and she's extremely happy with it! We got matching tats and this is my 4th and I love it! They were great! Awesome shop! Clean and friendly staff! So we decided to get pierced too! My friend got her nose re-pierced and I got my daith pierced, I heard it's good for migraines and I'm hopeful. It hurt like hell!! but Reesha was awesome and as gentle as she could be! Went in on Friday and got a little tattoo (my first!) and a piercing. Reesha did my nose and she was very sweet and did a fantastic job. She also pierced my friend's inner ear (daith, I think it's called). My friend also got a small tattoo. I appreciated that they made me feel welcome even though I am not their typical customer. It was also very clean, which I liked. The artists had representations of their work up in their areas, and they are all gifted individuals with their own style. This is the best tattoo shop in the east end hands down. Very clean and professional. The owners are so helpful and offer honest opinions & great service. Jer, Will and Johnny Cakes are all amazing artists! Each has their own signature style and are all very talented. I've never heard a negative thing about this shop. The piercings I've seen come out if here are always perfectly straight & Ive never heard of any that got infected. Reesha has done little girls ear piercing while I was in the shop and both kids & parents were happy walking out. They follow up with you to see about your after care and makes sure you are satisfied with your work. I have been in many tat shops, have many tattoos and will never go anywhere else. When you walk in you feel at ease from the great vibe and the artists are all friendly...you can also easily see how clean, sterile & professional this place is....hopefully they'll stick around in the east end.
