I find it hard to believe they are booked all the way until April when I saw no one in there besides some desk lady, it's real sad both Timmins tattoo shops are all about decoration and not about tattooing. Maybe it should be called pure addiction home decor centre. Here's a pro tip, if you want to keep customers try and go the extra mile especially if all I wanted was a 3 x 3 tattoo that would have taken 45 minutes tops. 2nd clown college tattoo shop. Extremely rude customer service. This place doesn't do piercings but for some reason they add it on all their pages and websites. The owner was a rude and ignorant jackass who rudely told me off. If you want a piercing go to V's Body Mod, she was the previous piercer at pure addiction but I'm guessing she left because of the rude behavior and altitude the owner has. Please go somewhere else because if you expect to go to pure addiction and be treated like a normal humans being, they will do the opposite, such rude imbeciles. Read Less

When I first came to this shop it was super friendly and welcoming. As time passed I realized the owner was actually quite rude an doesn't have much respect for his clients. I stopped going because I couldn't take his altitude anymore. I sat around for ages waiting and finally decided to move on to another shop. I was very disappointed with the service. I drove two hours to Timmins because I was looking for a piercing and the man that worked in Pure Addictions very rudely told me that they haven't been doing it for awhile now. He then went on to tell me that no other studio in Timmins does piercings, but I later found out that there is another piercing studio just down the street! My tattoo is an abomination that looks like it was drawn on by a toddler with a sharpie. Some of the best artists in Ontario have told me it is impossible to cover because it's so dark and badly done, and they've given me their condolences. I told her I wanted an outline and light shading on my piece. 2 hours later she shows me halfway through what looks like a one foot ink blot. I'd like to say I can laugh about it but needing to spend the money to laser this off is no laughing matter. When I went to ask if some small areas could somehow be fixed with more lines, I was told by Jess bitchily 'what is wrong with it? I don't see anything wrong with it' and she refused to touch it. In the weeks following my tattoo I ran into many people who warned me to stay away and that they're stuck with the embarrassment of their tattoos for life (as am I, until I can afford laser). Example: met a girl who wanted a simple fairy but got a cross-eyed man fairy with cankles. STAY AWAY. Read Less
