My wife and daughter enjoy the experience and work they get from JC. It's very clean and he educates his clients the do's and don't's of now to care after the work is done.

If you want quality and a great overall experience, then Permanent And Proud is the place to get tattooed. JC did my first sleeve and couldn't be happier with the work. Don't normally do reviews but...

Ever since we were younger watching him draw and seing his artistic talents come to paper and ink I knew that this would be an amazing career for him... I love the work he has done on me and all of the work that he has done just speaks for itself.. Clean professional and dedication to satisfaction is what permanent and Proud is all about.. Got my first and so far only tattoo from JC, I was in college and only back in town for one week when I went to ask if he'd be able to squeeze me in he said for sure and I was in later that day. He even put up with me being a chicken sh*t for an hour before finally getting it done. The day I can afford more, I'll be back! Love my wings on my neck

JC was the second artist I've ever used very picky and his work was by far the best I've ever had. He's very light handed with no scaring or bleeding.

My husband has had his tattoo for almost two years now and when asked who did it he says Permanent and Proud on algonquin. Tells everyone that JC is the best and that if they are looking to get thier first tattoo or their 30th best place to go. Amazing artist and myself I like how he comes up with a design just by hearing what the person wants done and he makes it better.
