My daughter and I got some ink at Ink Alley yesterday and we are both very satisfied with our tats. I am bad with names so I apologize for not remembering but both guys were very good at what they do....
My daughter and I got some ink at Ink Alley yesterday and we are both very satisfied with our tats. I am bad with names so I apologize for not remembering but both guys were very good at what they do. Very helpful and knowledgable of their craft. We are already planning our next tattoos and will be back soon. Thanks guys.

I had a beautiful memorial butterfly done by Craig a few weeks ago. It's all healed up and I'm in love with it. I brought my own design and we tweaked it to make it perfect. Craig was very nice and funny. It was a quick tattoo and I was a little nervous to get started until I sat in his chair. He showed me every step of the way so it would be perfect when he was finished. It wasn't rushed at all and just a great experience. I can't wait to get more. Absolute 5 stars!

Not very impressed with the customer service here, I had an appointment with one of the artists and he did not show up to work. Therefore the other artist said he would fit me in because he felt bad that his employee was a no show. I waited all day for his phone call to come in, also went back a few times to touch base and when I did he said he had one last appointment then he would call me. Did I get a call? No. Not even one saying sorry I don't have time today let's book you another appointment. Not professional at all.

This upcoming July I am getting a memorial tattoo along with my sister and mother. The date is very important to us because it is the day my grandma passed away 10 years ago. I went to Ink Alley because it is close to my home and work; it was somewhere I could drop in and talk to the artist without having to bus all around the city. I went in a little while ago and told the group of artists that I knew I was very early, but the date was important and it was also necessary to have 3 back to back spots. They did not ask why the date was so important. Instead, I was called bossy and essentially laughed out of the store. There was 1 out of 5 who saw I was upset and said to just "put it in the calendar" which his coworker did not do. Thank you to that one individual. Shame on the rest of you. This tattoo means the world to me, and you have successfully caused yourselves to lose 3 customers for that day. I am absolutely appalled at their extreme lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are specific about what they want.

I had a beautiful memorial butterfly done by Craig a few weeks ago. It's all healed up and I'm in love with it. I brought my own design and we tweaked it to make it perfect. Not very impressed with the customer service here, I had an appointment with one of the artists and he did not show up to work. Therefore the other artist said he would fit me in because he felt bad that his employee was a no show. I waited all day for his phone call to come in, also went back a few times to touch base and when I did he said he had one last appointment then he would call me. Did I get a call? No. Not even one saying sorry I don't have time today let's book you another appointment. Not professional at all.
