I went in for a walk in tattoo today and I was at the shop before it opened with just two people ahead of me. I waited for the entire day to get a very simple tattoo done and in the end I had to call ...
I went in for a walk in tattoo today and I was at the shop before it opened with just two people ahead of me. I waited for the entire day to get a very simple tattoo done and in the end I had to call to ask if it was going to happen and they told me they wouldn't have time.
I understand it is walkin and there are no guarantees but I find it hard to understand how it didn't get done when I showed up before the shop was open, with two tattoo artists on site and two people ahead of me.
Even that I would understand because things happen but the communication was not clear.
I will be going elsewhere to get the tattoo because it is very simple and I was quite sad today as I was looking forward to it all week and I also waited outside for the shop to open.

Always a great and exciting experience at the shop! Matts services are nothing short of exceptional, and for that reason, I only choose Creation for any of my piercings! Will be back soon ☺️

Great experience here! I am very prone to infection with piercings and this was my first cartilage piercing where I didn't experience any incident of infection at all. Healed surprisingly quickly too!

Love this place..Staff are great and very knowledgeable. Large selection of body jewellery. They also provide tattooing. Very clean. Aseptic technique is taken very seriously. After care teaching is in depth. Any problems at all you just head back there and it's dealt with promptly!

I've had 5 piercings by them and no to little problems as all.
They are very clean, and polite. They take their time but also move quickly and they treat every customer with respect! They use titanium metal and have decent prices. Some places may be cheaper but they're totally worth the extra cash! I would continue going here for the rest of my life! I love it there! I highly recommend going here for any piercing and tattoos!

5 stars is not enough for Creation, I'd give them at 10/5 if I could! I've been pierced multiple times by Matt and every experience I have had with him is amazing which is why I keep going back! As a nurse, I am very appreciative of Matts impecible attention to sterility and cleanliness. It is hard to choose your favourite piece from all of the beautiful jewelry that Matt brings in. Matt stands by his work, jewelry and his customer service is second to none. I recommend him to anyone that asks where I get all my amazing piercings from, and once they go see Matt they return again and again. Keep it up Creation, I'm a customer for life!

They are very clean, and polite. They take their time but also move quickly and they treat every customer with respect! They use titanium metal and have decent prices. 5 stars is not enough for Creation, I'd give them at 10/5 if I could! I've been pierced multiple times by Matt and every experience I have had with him is amazing which is why I keep going back! As a nurse, I am very appreciative of Matts impecible attention to sterility and cleanliness. It is hard to choose your favourite piece from all of the beautiful jewelry that Matt brings in.
