Sister went in, (was a walk in) to see what the portfolios were like, was met by a female who told her she need to make a consultation before even talking to her about what she wanted. She had felt like she was judged buy her appearance however she had $1500.00 in her pocket for her and her son's tattoo. Jason did my tattoo as well as my husband's, and he gave us great pointers on how to make our tattoo ideas all that much better for our bodies!
