!!!TRAUMATIZING!!!�� So let me break down my experience that I had earlier today. This might take a minute!!! So I went in to have my nose re done, except this time I got the double. I have had my nose done three times before this, my tongue and belly, so I'm not new to this. I know what to expect, or so I thought...... So I go in, we get the placement just right after me being as picky as I am and with some confusion on the girls end... Even after I showed a picture and on myself multiple times! So now, time to get it done!!! My appt was at 1... I didn't leave until a 'lil after 2. I sat there with a needle, not the nose ring, the needle that pierces the hole for said ring. I sat with that for almost an hour, she couldn't get the ring in, I'm bleeding, being yanked on. Not pleasant!!!Finally, gets it in. So now, the second one. Same shit, struggling, yanking, saying my nose isn't cooperating, she's saying and I qoute "My hands are too shaky for this" !!! � Through all this, I stayed fairly calm, pleasant and nice. When I had a chance to look, the First words out of my mouth were "this looks fucking stupid as fuck" The hoop was bigger then I wanted!!!! Back in the chair I go!! More yanking, more blood.. more pain!!! Then the second hoop, was also too big!!! Ughhh back on the chair I go!!! Through all of this and the breaks in between of looking and putting a better hoop in, she's getting stoned as fuck through one of those vap things! Are you fucking kidding me, like could you not?! If this was my first piercing, I would never everrrr have anything done ever again!!! I went here because I heard good things, oh dear mother of God was I miss informed!!! I stayed as nice and as calm as I could. I eventually got it done and was able to leave, after an hour and a half of pretty much what felt like torture!!! If that was the kind of professional piercers they have, I can only imagine the kind of tattoo artists they have. I will NEVER step foot in there ever again. Staff is awesome also my girlfriend burnt herself at work and was goin to grab some supplies to self medicate and one staff member seen the burn and went out of her way to fix my girlfriend up better than they could have at emergency room great people great store!!! Read Less

Had my daith piercing done today by Natalie. She was great, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me informed about the process and helps put you at ease. I drove an hour yesterday to have my septum pierced by Nissa, she had really excellent reviews so I decided the commute was worth it and Im so glad I did. Nissa was awesome, even though she does this every day she shared in my excitement and made it special for me. Everyone I encountered in the shop put me at ease and had a smile on their face. My cousins and I went in for inuksuk tattoos, and were lucky enough to have tattoo artist Josh, an amazing artist and a very funny and laid back individual.  We gave him a photo of what we wanted, and he created consistently awesome tattoos.  When one of us would get nervous or when we were in pain, he was really good at making us laugh and taking our minds off of it.
