These guys do awesome work, both piercing and tattoos, but I wouldn't go to this shop if you're looking for decent customer service in any sense. All the ARTISTS and PIERCERS are great to deal with. You won't leave disappointed with their work. You just unfortunately have to get past dealing with the prick that mans the phone and front cash, which unfortunately because he's the front line of the business, is exactly what you'll have to do each and every time you walk through the door. If you're looking for great customer service AND great artistry, we have a number of newer shops in the Sault now that are incredible on both fronts. I definitely recommend Ascension Ink!
