First time getting a peircing here, and I am glad with the results. I got my septum done, and the experience was very good. My peircer was very professional and the peircing was fast and without a problem. If Your ever in port Elgin I would recommend there parlour.

Went very well for my first ink, relatively quick and easy. Friendly staff and lovely shop, right by the farmer's market area. Great work on both myself and my girlfriend!

First, they didn't even acknowledge that I was there to get a piercing and ignored me while I was in the store.

First, they didn't even acknowledge that I was there to get a piercing and ignored me while I was in the store.
Second, I had to pay and tip before having my piercing completed, so the tip was not based on the actual work. This was my first time in the store and had no idea if I would like the piercing or what an appropriate tip would be because the service had not been completed yet.
Third, after the piercing was done, I was told I would get aftercare instructions, and the same person who ignored me was like "Okay, bye". I got no instruction as to how to care for my new piercing.
Fourth, less than 20 minutes after leaving the store, the ball of my hoop piercing popped off. After calling them about this issue, I was told that I would have to pay to replace the ball.
I would not recommend this parlour for anyone getting a piercing.

I have literally never been so in love with a tattoo in my life! My boyfriend (virgin skin) and I went into the Sauble Beach location on Sunday (for my boyfriends first tattoo ever), we were walk in's...
I have literally never been so in love with a tattoo in my life! My boyfriend (virgin skin) and I went into the Sauble Beach location on Sunday (for my boyfriends first tattoo ever), we were walk in's with a fair size request... We wanted matching tattoo's designed by the artist with our slight guidance. Sun, moon, pointilism is cool, no tribal. I was literally given the most beautiful tattoo. My boyfriend's is slightly different then mine (his is more hardened) I have dots..., where he has solid black! These tattoos were perfectly tailored to us as individuals... Up until this point I have been a collector of artists... I guess I never really found someone that I could connect with as a person with no artistic talent on paper, but I beautiful imagination... Sunday I finally found my people. My artist was Marc, and he reached into the deepest part of my imagination, and pulled off exactly what I wanted before I even realised I wanted it. Kourtney was the piercing artist working that day as well. She was warm, fun, welcoming, and someone that I would love to hang out with on a daily basis. First, they didn't even acknowledge that I was there to get a piercing and ignored me while I was in the store.
Second, I had to pay and tip before having my piercing completed, so the tip was not based on the actual work. This was my first time in the store and had no idea if I would like the piercing or what an appropriate tip would be because the service had not been completed yet.
