I got a piercing here a short while ago, the piercer was nice and did an excellent job. However, the jewelery the piercer used was not the correct size; barbell was a little too short and the beads at the end were too small, so the beads went INSIDE of my skin and was very painful. I called the place and told the piercer about the situation and he said I could come in and he'll change it out for a more appropriate jewelry size with no problem.
When I got there, the woman at the front desk was rudely trying to tell me that the piercer has done no wrong with choosing the jewelry size -without even looking at my piercing- and being incredibly snippy towards me. Telling me it's just swollen and that I need to just take tylenol. This wasn't my first piercing and I knew something was wrong with it. After I got the new jewelry size, I had absolutely no problems after that. I wont be coming back to this shop, or recommend it to anyone considering how unprofessional and rude the receptionist was over a simple issue.

This was my first tattoo and I am very glad in my choice to go to Legacy. The friendly staff and clean space was amazing (done by Andrew Truman) and I would definitely go back again

My experience with Legacy has been nothing but positive and I can say that I've never had better experience at a tattoo shop. Legacy is clean, professional, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. I have worked with Lee for my nostril piercing as well as tattoo removal. He takes the time to explain the procedures and answers any and all questions. There is no doubt in my mind that he is educated and providing only the best of care and information. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and ensure you are happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Legacy and Lee to anyone!

Lee is the best! He made sure I was totally informed and all my concerned were answered. I highly recommend him, especially if your nervous! He will make you laugh and feel better! Props Lee!!

It has been 10 months since Lee did my triple helix piercing! I had no problems with it except for the stray hair that gets tangled but that has nothing to do with Lee. I am considering my next piercing and will definitely return to Legacy Tattoo and Piercings. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Legacy!! First thing that I noticed is that it's well looked after, and is clean & tidy! I got my nose pierced by Lee, and he was the best piercer I've ever had! He educates you on everything that he does while he performs it. He's very professional, and always makes sure that you're comfortable which to me, is a key factor when you're getting a piercing! It is a bit pricy, but is SO worth it! I ended up having to take my nose piercing out because a bump started to grow around the pierced area, but Lee pierced it again for free. 100% suggest going here!!

I got a piercing here a short while ago, the piercer was nice and did an excellent job. However, the jewelery the piercer used was not the correct size; barbell was a little too short and the beads at the end were too small, so the beads went INSIDE of my skin and was very painful. I called the place and told the piercer about the situation and he said I could come in and he'll change it out for a more appropriate jewelry size with no problem.
When I got there, the woman at the front desk was rudely trying to tell me that the piercer has done no wrong with choosing the jewelry size -without even looking at my piercing- and being incredibly snippy towards me. It has been 10 months since Lee did my triple helix piercing! I had no problems with it except for the stray hair that gets tangled but that has nothing to do with Lee. He educates you on everything that he does while he performs it. He's very professional, and always makes sure that you're comfortable which to me, is a key factor when you're getting a piercing! It is a bit pricy, but is SO worth it!
