I got a calligraphy tattoo here in January 2016. The person who did the tattoo did it way too deep and put so much ink in it that the skin over the tattoo was raised. I am now in the process of getting the tattoo removed and my laser technician said that it would take up to 12 sessions to get rid of this tattoo because of how much ink was used. Read Less

First I went in inquiring about getting a tattoo and I wanted a better sketch of what I had drawn. I sent the pictures so Shane could draw it for me for our consultation. As I went to the first consultation, he was doing a tattoo and we spoke a bit about what I wanted. He didn't have it drawn for me so he asked me for 2 weeks. I came back for another consultation expecting to see it, I was even running late, so I felt super bad. What happens? He still didn't have it for me, he looked confused, wasn't even sure what he had a consultation for. Then asked if he could send me the sketch by E-mail. So I was already pissed, but I said sure. It's been almost a week and still, nothing. He didn't even seem to care. His artwork looks good, but if you have patience to wait months just to get a drawing from him be my guest and go for it! I went to PMP for my very first tattoo and it was done by Matt. Very awesome guy, funny, very professional and great to deal with, but the tattoo was not great. The writing he did was great, but the rest of the design had blown out lines and the shading looked like someone did it with sharpie. I would not go back to him again for work. Read Less

I booked an appointment with April in the Welland location for a BB8 tattoo, she did an amazing job!! She put me at ease as it was only my 2nd tattoo, bigger than my first and made me feel comfortable. The shop was clean, the staff professional and friendly.
