Amazing atmosphere! Very professional and always friendly service.Estelle is simply amazing, always provides great suggestions and such a pleasant person to be around! I have been a customer of hers since February and my hair has never been so well taken care of :)Highly recommend trying this establishment as well as making an appointment with Estelle, you will not regret it!

I use to go to this salon to get electrolysis. When you first walk in you are greeted and feel welcome right away. In the winter they will offer to take your coat or offer you coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment. The salon is very modern and very clean and kept up really nicely. I enjoy going and even though was in pain from the electrolysis, the staff made sure I was as comfortable as I could have been. If you are looking to get electrolysis I would highly suggest recommending Katie to be the one to work with you. She is very kind and polite and make sure that you have everything you need to feel comfortable. She will answer any questions you have and takes her time and goes very slow by works very efficiently. Definitely would recommend this salon to anyone looking to relax and few rejuvenated.

Perfect Eyebrows! Wilhelmina at Euro Reflections did a brilliant job of microblading my eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted for my eyebrows and took extreme care measuring and creating brows that were perfect for me. I was worried about infection but she showed me all the ways she is careful about that: wearing rubber gloves, sterilizing the equipment, etc.I was so pleased with her attention to every detail and the final results. I would absolutely recommend Euro Reflections and Wilhelmina for microblading.

I have been to numerous spas (both in Toronto and Waterloo) to get eyelash extensions and have always experienced discomfort and eye irritation in the past. Euro reflections however has always been nothing but a good experience! I drive all the way down from Toronto to get refills because this spa goes above and beyond and does a fantastic job. Highly, highly recommend!

I always passed Euro Reflections and have always wanted to try it. EuroReflections is a hair salon and spa (including laser hair removal) and Halotherapy (salt cave therapy) for those of you interested.I had been waxing my underarms for almost two years and had wanted to try laser hair removal because I had heard good things.EuroReflections has a sale on right now 20% off one area or 30% off of the price for two areas. The thing is, at Euro Reflections it's $20 (plus tip and tax) to wax once a month or $40 (plus tip and tax) to go bi-monthly - so I chose to try laser.I chose to try just my underarms. Tania is very efficient and answers all of my questions. The procedure only takes 15 minutes and does not hurt (you may feel a slight tingling). At first I had my doubts, but now after three sessions I see a noticeable difference. I learned that different laser hair removal machines work for different people, pop in and ask them before committing to anything. Tania will tell you right away if you're a good candidate or not.Tip: You have to shave the area you are about to laser the day of to ensure the laser doesn't burn your skin!
