I've been going to Zach for my haircuts for about a year. He does the best fades and I would never think of going to any other hairdresser. I went into Xclusive Fades after making an appointment with Zach. The atmosphere and the vibe of this place is incredible. However, what I was most impressed by was my barber Zach. The guy is a true professional who gives me the most amazing fades every single time. His attention to detail and skills with the scissors and straight blade is like no barber Ive ever seen before. Two different occasions, two different locations, the exact same thing happened to me. I make an appointment over the phone a few days earlier, and show up for my scheduled appointment. Wait an hour only to find out that the person who's meant to cut my hair isn't even there.  The issue is two fold. On one hand, the lack of a formal scheduling system results in situations like this. Apparently more common than you'd think if it's happened to me twice. On the other hand, the place is run by kids, with minimal business insight. I asked if someone else could cut my hair instead and no one stepped up to the plate. No one even cared. I was just told to wait, because perhaps my scheduled barber might show up. Waiting a half hour extra, i watched one barber sit and do nothing for the entire time. It just blows my mind, because i arrived a half hour earlier to find a completely empty store for 15 minutes. After spending years at amateur places like "Great Clips" and getting disappointed cuts, I decided to hit up Xclusive Fades and I have to say this was the best haircut I had in years! Tito was my barber. When I arrived, apparently his appointments were really late, so once I stepped through the door, I was practically in the chair in seconds. For the Aurora location. No customer service skills. More concerned and care for their own family members haircuts. Didn't even get a chance to get haircut for my son. I am so pleased with my experience here.  Made appointments for 1 cut, and two Fades with designs.  (Husband, daughter, and myself).  Matteo did the designs.  Beautiful work.  Appointments were almost on time, and when I got in the chair, Matteo apologized for running a little behind schedule.  The place was clean and professional.  Very reasonably priced.  I went to Miami Fades last month, and I would never go back.      XCLUSIVE Fades is where it's at - cleanliness, professionalism, punctuality, price, and talent.  We went to the Aurora location.  Can't wait to go back.  Just be aware that it is cash only.  But they have an ATM on site, and there is a BMO across the street. Walked in once and there was someone sleeping in the barber chair and there were a few clients waiting to get their hair cut. I waited and they told me to come back 3 hours later. Second time trying to get a hair cut there I walked in sat down and they were pretty unprofessional and took someone who walked in after me. I will not attempt a third time.
