I found out about Kyla years ago while doing a search for eyebrow tattoos As I don't really have any. I seen so many horror stories online and chickened out. It would literally take me and hour or two to draw in my eyebrows and sometimes I couldn't get them even so I would just stay home. Finally about a month and a half ago, I had enough and I decided to just do it and see Kyla. From the first visit you just in awe at how much she really cares. She took her time with me and even shared a quick tear. She followed up with me all the time to see how I was doing and to give me a heads up on what to expect and when. After my second visit was done, I now don't have to draw my eyebrows in anymore. My only regret was I wished I did this years ago. The breast cancer journey can be a long one. From diagnosis to surgery to treatment to healing. As part of my healing, I chose to have reconstructive surgery at 53. It was important to me to feel whole again after losing my right breast. The surgery was definitely intense - though I will never regret doing it. I think most people might expect a perfect playboy bosom when it is all said and done. That isn't necessarily the case. In fact, I felt more like a rag doll tha...t was taken apart and sewn back together again. However, time is a great healer and our bodies are capable of amazing things. In January (6 months after surgery) I had nipple reconstruction. I was extremely happy to have a bump again. But something was still missing - there were no areola pigments to make the two breasts look the same. Tattooing is the answer. Kyla had been recommended to me by more than one surgeon - her reputation spreads far and wide. I went to her website and was so impressed by her own story that I immediately knew she was the right person to finally make me feel whole again. I had my first tattooing session this week (May 17th, 2017) and all I can say is WOW, and that is what everyone who I show it to says too. I almost wish it was in a place where the world could see it. LOL. So the results were amazing and I still have another session to finalize the nipple and camouflage the scars - can't wait to see the impact from this. Kyla's talent and artistry combined with a passion for perfection and safety are the reason for the fantastic results. But there is more to her than that, which is equally impressive. That being her compassion and caring for the person she is working with. I felt her warmth from the first email I received from her to her last request for me to text her to let her know I was home safe and sound (I came from Georgetown - 2 hr. drive - and it was totally worth every second on the road). My partner recently went to Kyla for help to camouflage scars on three large areas of her face that resulted from a major accident. Kyla also reshaped my partner's lips and camouflaged scars there to restore symmetry. The results are amazing!
