I don't think I am what you would call one of Curtis' "typical" clients, I am over 60 years old. I only wanted a wee tattoo on my inner ear, but was treated with the same respect as someone spending hundreds of dollars. Curtis was our saving grace. My husband had a previous partners name on his knuckles. Although Curtis does not do these kinds of tattoos, he understood why it was important to get it covered some way, some how, before our wedding. We went to the consult and Curtis was such a pleasure to deal with, made my husband and I feel comfortable. Well I have to say, Hats off to Curtis! Of my six tattoos Curtis has done four of them and to be honest I wish I would've had him do the other two!! My last two have been 3hrs to 6.5hrs (sit time)and he was MORE than fair! After quoting for 5hrs but taking 7hrs total (with only a total of 30mins worth of breaks all day) he was kind enough to only charge me for 5.5hrs of sit time because he doesn't like going that much over his quotes. Both he and Maggie made sure I was comfortable and taken care of for such long sitting! I have (and will continue to) recommend Curtis to anyone looking for amazing work and FAIR pricing in a clean and very professional shop! If I could rate For The Love of Ink as a 10 star, I would!!! I honestly can not say enough about For the Love of Ink! They were amazing to deal with and I felt so welcomed there. Curtis was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about, and my tattoo turned out AMAZING! From the moment I decided I wanted to get my tattoo, they were so helpful, and Maggie was great to deal with threw email, super fast at responding and helpful with advice and information I wanted. On top of being so great to deal with Curtis's shop was spotless and beautifully decorated, not what you would expect.
