The worst experience ever. Went in for a consultation and paid a deposit. They never called me back and I emailed several times asking for an update and drawing of my tattoo. They responded saying that they're computer was broken down and that could not answer anyone. I called them back again and no answer. I could not get my deposit back and did not get a tattoo from them since they never even sent me a sketch of my design. I do not recommend anyone using their services. Read Less

I have been coming to see Derek and Krista since 2007. The very best customer service, the most open and inviting atmosphere, and the best artwork done by the steadiest hand!! I thought it looked awesome; I got home and saw the lining is all crooked and done wrong, the nose is horrible and this guy told me he has been doing tattoos for 21 years... People keep asking me if it still has to be finished. Charged me 100$ for the worst wrist tattoo ever. Cool guy, but he has no talent for Suns or moons, or straight lines, or circles. Read Less

Two of the best people I've met!I find them understanding and caring . They both go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and overcome your nerves. I've now gotten my 3rd tattoo from Derek and plan on going back to finish my arm with him. His wife Krista is amazing and always has a smile on her face. If i could give a rating of no stars i would. I got my septum pierced here, i called and they said they would have a piercing artist in around 2 so i was there at 2. When i arrived they said he would be 2 hours late. So i went home and came back. When he was finally ready i told him how nervous i was and how i wanted to get my piercing done higher up in my nose so that i could flip it up and hide it when i wanted to. He said it would be better (which was only easier for him) to pierce my septum with a curved barbell. Septum piercing are not supposed to be pierced with curved barbells, but with horseshoe piercing rings. I told him i preferred a horseshoe but he pushed me to get a barbell. So i did. I've never seen anyone so shaky/nervous in my life, let alone a piercing artist. He made me even more anxious and it appeared as it was his first time giving someone a piercing. He had to adjust the clamps 4 times and still didn't have it right. He pierced my septum very low on the tissue part, as soon as i looked at myself in the mirror i knew it was wrong, too low and very crooked. I was so upset and all he said it was not crooked, and it was only lob-sided because it was swollen, and it would heal straight. I got home and the swelling had gone down fully. IT WAS AWFUL. SO CROOKED and ugly! I went through so much pain just to be disappointed. I called the store the next day to ask for my money back as i was very upset about the bad service i received for the price i payed ($70 i think)... I had a great experience today. Derek was very accommodating and super nice about everything. Krista showed me the original photo she had printed out and when I expressed I wanted a smaller size, it was no problem and everything got adjusted. Derek explained everything to me and was very professional and great. The price was very reasonable and I was surprised at how low the price was considering the quality of work is amazing. 10/10 would go here again! Read Less
