For years I was using makeup on my face and body to cover up all the dark red marks that had developed over a long period of time. I put off getting them removed as I was nervous about doing so. Diana Murphy was wonderful! Not only did she put my mind at ease by telling me how easy the procedure was but she offered to remove just a couple of red spots to show me how easily it was done. The rest is history. I have been there twice since my first visit and it will probably take one more visit before all the red spots are gone. For the first time in years I have gone out without wearing makeup on my face and without combing bangs over my forehead (which used to help cover some of the dark red spots). I can't wait to wear sleeveless tops and scooped neck dresses this summer. It was worth every penny I paid. I should have made an appointment at Pearl Medica years ago.....Oh yes....and while I was there I had some facial hair removed. No more plucking upper lip and chin hairs!!! Woo Hoo! More than excellent!!!! Everything is perfect and professional! The spider veins that i've had for years disapeared completely after the first treatment and they NEVER came back! Although all the staff were friendly and my treatments were effective - I was treated very rudely by the owner/manager, Diana Murphy. I have never before been treated by a business owner, as I was by Diana. I wanted to warn consumers who may have gift certificates or coupons for this clinic that they may have very restricted terms. Diana had printed coupons / gift certificates for promotional usage, which did not indicate limitations or expiry, and when it came time for me to use the ones I had, she denied that I could get their full value. The bigger issue, however, was the lack of care she had for me as a person. Additionally, she did not seem to care or forsee that I would not continue to spend potentially thousands of dollars at her establishment. I had laser hair removal. The owner did the work and it was done well but it is over priced. If they could fractionate the face in 10 parts to charge you more, they would do. I find it is so ridiculous to pay $160 each visit just for neck and chin. (it is $100 for the chin and $60 for the neck, and if you want the upper lip, it is another $60) Read Less
