From the moment I walked in the door until I left freshly tattooed was amazing. The girl working the desk was so amazing so friendly and helpful. I worked with a guest artist but the studio still will do any touch ups needed. I will definitely be here in the future. I have had no services performed here yet. A friend had their nose piercing checked out. I will be going here though. CLEAN, friendly and knowledgeable staff. These guys are the real deal. I went to get 3 piercings done just yesterday. So pleased with the results. The staff is very welcoming and tedious with their work. Kaiti (the woman who pierced my ears) was so very patient with any concerns or trouble I had with my piercings. Definitely 10/10 would recommend! I think I've found my tattoo/piercing shop! Love the place. It's very clean and welcoming. I've got both my tattoos done by Lisa and my seven piercings done by Kate. The staff is so sweet there and will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. The only thing that sucks is tongue piercings are 18 no matter what. Read Less

I went for laser removal of part of my tattoo that didn't look very nice so it could be done over. Amazing shop! I've had a few piercings done by Kate and she is phenomenal! She is very sweet, and calming. My piercings look amazing with perfect placement and have healed beautifully. I recently got my first Tattoo and had a really awesome experience at New Moon. I have been planning for about a year to get my first Tattoo and after choosing Milena Fusco based on her book and recommendations from several people, I booked my appointment in January for March. Kassey and Kate at New Moon helped answer my questions in person and via email which was very helpful. When I went in Kassey helped me clarify my ideas and narrow my 'kitchen sink' Tattoo into something more streamlined and simple. Milena Fusco is the BIZNESSSSS. She is such a talented artist and a super cool soul. She made my experience so awesome, was really attentive, gave me a fantastic Tattoo and was so thorough at explaining the process and after care to me.
