Absolute rudest people I’ve spoken with . I called in explaining my nose piercing fell out when I was sleeping and was hoping to purchase a new one, and have someone put it back in for me. He said the piercer was booked up and I said that’s okay can I just purchase the jewelry . He RUDELY REPLIED “ if your going to go somewhere else with it absolutely not”. My intentions where to attempt to put it back in myself because his piercer was busy , and I was avoiding my piercing closing .. as I tried to explain that to him he rudely hung up. I had been searching for a piercer who would pierce by daughter's ears (she is 5),and spoke with Miranda who booked an appointment for my daughter. We went in yesterday, and ultimately my daughter did not get her ears pierced: Miranda who has more knowledge on piercings than I ever thought possible recommended that we wait, as my daughter is in camp and swims twice a day, and she did not want to risk an infection, so we are waiting until the end of the summer. She sat with me... and explained why, went over all kinds of details for when we come back, showed me and my daughter the earrings she would be getting, and was overall amazing in per professionalism, and how kind and thoughtful she was...she even brought in a stuffed toy in case my daughter was scared. Terrible experience! I would definitely not recommend Scott at freeworld. Very unprofessional and could care less about how a customer feels. Not understanding at all and mostly , tattoo was terribly done. Not only does he make you feel un-important he lied repeatedly stating he told me not to get my design done when this is full of bs. I had a great time and Chris Coleman did an awesome job, better than I imagined. He stuck it out for the full 5 hours to get it done and the man is a perfectionist and wanted it done just right. Got my first big tattoo here. Very helpful staff even before I had booked my appointment. I ended up choosing Chris as my artist and he did an incredible job. He was funny and involved and not to mention a perfectionist which made it easy to trust him on such a large piece. I continually go to Mel to manage my piercings. I've had a microdermal and septum done by her, as well as a removal of my microdermal when i decided I needed a change. Everything she does is 5-star. He talked me through the process before AND during, kept checking in with me, started off nice and slow with short movements so I could get used to it and call it off if I needed to. When I needed him to distract me at first by talking at me, he told me how he got involved in art. Was great at silence and great at conversation. He made everything really comfortable, offered me as much or as little covering as I wanted. Encouraged me to take it slow when I was sitting and standing up. Got me a drink at the halfway point, took pictures for me during the process, and just overall did what he could to make the experience a great one. Already can't wait for my next one. Read Less

Got my first tattoo done here by Chris! Was very last minute, called the day of and they had me in an hour later! Chris made my first tattoo experience very calm! He was calm, cool and collected! Scott is definitely an artist. The work that comes from him is absolutely amazing. It will take a good wait to get in to see him but the results are worth the wait. Finally had the chance to get my second, third and fourth tattoos (yes all in one sitting haha). My artist was Mel, she was fantastic and a stickler for making sure things were even. The shop is clean, has a pleasant atmosphere, you can tell that the people working there enjoy it. Fair warning it is a very open concept space :) so you will more than likely have visitors while getting tattooed. The staff are super friendly and had no problem answering my millions of questions. I will definitely be back for more (obviously when money allows). P.S Tattoos are an expensive addictive hobbie. Read Less
