I would give it zero stars, but I gave it 2 stars because the shop was very clean inside and they made sure everything remained sanitary. I got my first tattoo here about 2 years ago. It was nothing elaborate, just an arrow which was and inch and a half long...nothing too complicated. I can't remember the artist that I got, but he was the chunky fella, who I believe was married to the lady receptionist, who is also an artist.I like the atmosphere and it was very clean and sanitary here. But my artist didn't seem to care much about my tattoo. He was super rushed doing it. I made him replace the stencil a few times until I was happy with the placement. He removed it so many times that the stencil ripped in half, yet he still continued using the stencil. He just randomly put the one side of the stencil down without making sure it was straight and said that was they best placement there. I was nervous about the whole experience and didn't want to say anything to make him pissed off, so I just let him start tattooing. When I was explaining my design and that I was nervous he began complaining about people who have OCD that get tattoos. He said no tattoo is perfect, so if you have OCD get the tattoo somewhere where you don't see it. This was a red flag for me, as I am very particular considering a tattoo is forever.  I specified that I wanted the lines to be thin and not thick. BUT when the tattoo was done, the lines were not thin, they were thick and got very fuzzy looking over time. The arrow line in the tattoo wasn't even straight, because he used the ripped stencil, and there are a few blank spots that didn't get filled by ink. I don't hate the tattoo, but I do think the quality of the work could have been a million times better considering this was a beginner, basic tattoo. The artist was way too rushed and didn't seem to care about my business. I would go to this shop again, but I would NOT go to this same artist! Read Less

Had a 15+ year old tattoo covered up the other day by Tom and it turned out so amazing I can't even describe it! It couldn't be more me even if I had my own face tattooed on my arm. Tom is an amazing artist and his wife Lori is super sweet, friendly and just makes you feel right at home. No BS no sugar coating! They tell you how it is right up front with what can and can't be done. I've got 3 more bad decisions to have fixed so I will most definitely be coming back. Keep up the amazing work! Read Less

Clean studio. Friendly artists. If you can think it they can bring it to life in an artistic way on you. They are flexible with times dates and will always give you the attention and care to get the job done. The work that comes out of here is just awesome.
