I got my first tattoo here with Barlow, and with it being a memorial tattoo for a friend who passed away a year ago- he was super respectful and chill with it. He even provided some stellar advice for what add to the tattoo and his opinion design wise. Being my first tattoo, I was super nervous- but in the end, conversing with him made the process a lot more comfortable and easy going! Got walk-in tattoos with my cousin on boxing day and they were awesome! I don't recall the name of my cousin's artist but he drew the design on her arm by hand and crushed it in execution. Barlow did my very simple line work tattoo, which he also drew custom, and got it done very quickly for me (which is MUCH appreciated since the location sucked pain-wise) Very affordable. No "mandatory $100 chair fee" or whatever, priced for size and effort, ie. My total was sub $100. Had to pay in cash though, and the closest ATM is across the street and across a big parking lot, trekking that in the cold wasn't fun. All in all very happy. I didn't use the petroleum-based "vitamin a &d ointment" I was given and used tattoo goo, if anything, instead. Personal preference of avoiding petrol-products as a whole. Read Less

This is an awesome tattoo parlor. I've gotten all of my piercings from here and I've never had any issue. I got my second tattoo here. I was a little worried, I had a terrible experience getting my first tattoo done at another place. Coming here, it was so much better. My tattoo artist was extremely kind, and easy going. He made sure my tattoo was perfect. He repositioned it so many times, and normally I'm a pushover and say it's find the first time, but he made it perfectly straight. I was really happy about that. He was extremely informative. This parlor is very clean, they have me a walk through as to how they clean everything which made me feel better about getting it done there. The staff here are fabulous; very informative, kind and professional. The store is clean and has a very relaxing feel to it. Jake was my artist and he was fantastic! He made sure my script was what I wanted and took his time with his line work. He also gives off an extremely calming vibe which helped me personally, since I am an anxious person who doesn't particularly like to be touched. I went here with my friend in september for cartilage peircings and they turned out amazing and they dont hurt and they did not get infected. Also the shop was nice and sanitary and the enployees are extremely friendly! Read Less

I got my tattoo done at Luck of the Draw and the work was done by Brian. I can honestly say that this work has to be one of my least favorite pieces on my body and has ended up costing me twice what I expected it to because he did such a horrific job. I am now paying someone else to do what he could not! I wanted him to do a full color space scene on my arm with certain star constilations in it, 5 to be exact and he missed colouring in some of the stars and the stars look li...ke they were done by a child. This is not what I expected from someone who has been tattooing for over 12 years! He incorrectly coloured some of the planets and just did an all around shitty job. He was never there when I arrived for appointments and was always called to the shop. He was not very professional. I am outraged that I payed 1100 for this peice of crap tattoo that is lacking creativity, depth, passion or any artistic ability at all for shame sir for shame. There are parts of my arm that look like they are bruised because of the coloring technique that he used. The tattoo is flat lacks dimension. The sun was simply a circle coloured in with yellow and more yellow around it. The tattoo concept had so much potential and he totally missed the mark on it! It came out looking horrible I left not wanting to show anyone and immediatly began to look for another artist to fix the mess that was my arm! I would not recomemd this shop to anybody ever!!!!!!!!
