Terrible customer service. They basically ignore you, dont try to start any conversation and arent very happy. I was the first person to book my tattoo in the afternoon on a certain day, they double booked me and made me be the one to reschedule when mine was just lyrics. We had sent the guy who was supposed to do my tattoo what I wanted, when I got there he had nothing planned out, he just wanted to do simple script writing. I decided to book an appointment with beemer tattoos instead so I wanted my $20 deposit back which they were hesitant to do when it was their mistake.

Guess I've got to go elsewhere...sad because it's conveniently located ...obviously don't need my money

Love this place. I had a cover up done about 2 years ago and it turned out amazing! So I went back and got ink done on my arm yesterday and as always, it looks beautiful and exactly as I wanted it! My daughters first tat was yesterday with me and she's hooked! The shop is spotless and very well maintained. Thanks again Mitch! Your a tattoo genius! Thanks again to all staff �

What can i say about my experiance at Lucky Devil Orillia but outstanding. Staff was great and the tatto guest artist Shiva Sharma did was absoultly amazing. Nothing but a 5 star establishment.

Terrible customer service. They basically ignore you, dont try to start any conversation and arent very happy. I was the first person to book my tattoo in the afternoon on a certain day, they double booked me and made me be the one to reschedule when mine was just lyrics. We had sent the guy who was supposed to do my tattoo what I wanted, when I got there he had nothing planned out, he just wanted to do simple script writing.
