It's a super clean place with amazing employees. I've gotten 3 tattoos & 4 piercing there and all have them have turned out amazing. All my piercing are even and I've never had a problem with infection. My tattoos are always done perfectly. They really care about their costumers and making everything tattoo or piercing a fun positive experience. I will always go to them for my tattoo and piercing needs. 5 stars all the way.

I just got my tragus piercing and I have to say my expirence was pretty good. The piercer was really nice and I liked how this place was affordable! However there was a minor downside though, it smelt weird in shop but it didn't bother me that much. I recommend this place and if I ever get another piercing in orillia again I’ll definitely come back!

My experience here was amazing. Hands down the cleanest tattoo shop i have even been in. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable im in love with the work he did on my tattoo and my piercings. Id strongly reccomend anyone who wants a tattoo or piercings to come check it out :)

Rude service. The needle he used on my dads tattoo had a bur on the end and led to a nasty infection and a tattoo that turned out terrible. Before that i had my nose and belly pierced there and both stayed infected for a lengthy period of time.

Terrible experience. Felt weird about it as soon as we walked in. I planned on getting an ear piecing and Lat minute decided against it because of the smell in the room and the guys attitude. I didn't feel comfortable. He proceeded to call us "fucking loonie bins" under his breath while we walked out. Not impressed and will never go back.

Worst peircing place Ive ever been to. From the beginning, it had the worst smell all through the shop, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness of the shop. My friend wasn't allowed to pick her peircing and when she refused to get the peircing because of this, he called us "f****** lunatics" and "bitches". Will never be returning.

If I could put less than one star I would. My bridal party went in with intention of a couple of us looking for ear piercing. The guy was very rude and unreasonable. Calling us bitches and mocking us as we left because we were not feeling comfortable with his procedures. Extremely rude service and unexplained procedures. Also; the whole shop smelled poorly of smoke.

The artist will take your money, not email you back, when asked for deposit back (which I had to give him $40 because he didnt offer any change) he started swearing and saying he did "research on his computer" and no refunds. When asked if he drew out my tattoo or even started drawing it he said no. When I told him I gave him more than his said deposit of $25, he opened his cash register and gave me $15 back. He does not correspond back with his... clients and rips them off. I was going to go back for a piercing but not after all this. He really sketched me out and didnt give me a good feeling about going to him which is why I changed my mind that day, I mean just look at his work. Id rather be ripped off $25 than have an even bigger regret tattooed on me. Definitely unprofessional. Go to Lucky Devil where they actually take care of their clients. See More

All my piercing are even and I've never had a problem with infection. My tattoos are always done perfectly. They really care about their costumers and making everything tattoo or piercing a fun positive experience. I will always go to them for my tattoo and piercing needs. 5 stars all the way.

I just got my tragus piercing and I have to say my expirence was pretty good. The piercer was really nice and I liked how this place was affordable! However there was a minor downside though, it smelt weird in shop but it didn't bother me that much. I recommend this place and if I ever get another piercing in orillia again I’ll definitely come back!
