My boyfriend had a terrible experience there! Was re-booked and re-booked for almost every session. Once the artist (owner of the shop) even forgot he had an appointment that day. He is unapologetic and rude! They even posted on instagram asking for honest reviews of the shop "the good, the bad and the ugly" so I commented and told them honestly how the experience was, not only did they delete my comment I also got threatening rude messages from someone at the shop on their instagram account. We choose the shop and the artist based on his flowers and skulls and honestly the tattoo turned out so ugly. The roses are done terribly and incredibly dark and they put an ugly blue haze around the whole thing making it look impossible to add anything onto it to try and make it look better. The only reason we stuck through and got the whole thing done here was because we knew that nobody else would touch this garbage half assed tattoo. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here, unless you want rude staff and ugly tattoos. Read Less

I got three tattoos there so far and they are the best quality I have seen in Calgary. The staff are amazing and great to talk to. They keep everything clean and make sure you know how to take care of your tattoo before you leave. They encourage you to come back to check up on there art work and have 100$ tattoo day events. Well we bought a 100 for both of us at their weekend 100 dollar tattoo event and called to book with them. Was told to email pics and ideas so they could get drawings done up and email back to us so we have the ideas ready for tattoo day. They haven't got back to us to even let us know they got the drawings or communicated in any form. Have sent messages on fb and tried calling them and they can't even take the time to get back to us. Went to the 100$ tattoo event last weekend to get my very first tattoo. Drove all the way from red deer. Was 100% nervous but the guy who did my tat was very nice. Was totally worth it. I'm very happy in how my tattoo looks. Means the world to me. Definitely will be coming back! Read Less

I'm super happy with the piece that I got done with Ryan! It's been three days now since I got my sleeve started. These guys are amazing, the art is beautiful, the shop is clean and well lit, the atmosphere is welcoming. James goes above and beyond for the clients that come to his shop, and all the artists are super friendly and professional.
