ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Went for my first tattoo. The staff were so friendly, kind, and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. None of that we're too cool kind of attitude found at other tattoo parlors in the area! The decor and facilities were extremely clean and felt very "cool and authentic". The brand new disposable tools used and the friendly demeanor of the staff left me confident in my decision and ecstatic with the result. I will be recommending everyone I know to this place and will be coming back for my next one down the road. Came in a few months back to get my tragus pierced with a friend who never had a piercing or tattoo before. Can't remember the piercer's name but she was a younger girl. Friend went first and got his cartilage and lobe done in the same sitting with no issues. I was asked if I wanted a bar or a ring for my tragus, replied with ring and was ready to be pierced. I have 12 other piercings and several tattoos so I'm always very relaxed getting anything done. While being pierced the piercer made a joke that she would pierce her friends at parties and "make it hurt them" if she didn't like the person. Hearing that made me nervous. The piercer had no issue putting the needle through my tragus but could not get the ring through. I sat there for almost 10 minutes bleeding out of my ear while the piercer struggled to shove the ring in. She didn't stop until I asked her to change the jewellery. At this point, I was bleeding quite a bit and the piercer was obviously anxious and asked my friend who knows nothing about piercings or had any sterile equipment or gloves on to pass her a bar to replace the ring half way through my ear. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. It's been several months and my tragus is still not healed despite me cleaning it as I would my other 12 piercings. I have a blood blister which will not go away right beside it. I've never had this issue with any other piercing before. I have my tragus pierced on my other ear so I know how this piercing should have healed. I will never come back to your establishment, nor would I recommend it to any of my friends. Read Less
