Possibly worst piercing experience. Went in for tongue piercing and was told that I couldn't due to major veins in my tongue. Then I went to another place and they told me that was not true and they pierced it perfectly fine with no problems. The piercing lady was extremely rude throughout the whole experience (she had pink hair at the time, don't know her name. This was a year ago and I am now complaining because of what I recently found out about another piercing I got here. I got my nipples pierced here and was given no choice but to get hoops by the same woman, all whilst still being rude to me. They have been giving me issues for a year and I finally went to a different piercing place a couple days ago to see what was happening. They told me I was pierced extremely dangerously and incorrect. One was lopsided and not in the right spot a nipple piercing should be which is why is it always bleeding a year later. They told me I should not have been given a hoop early with no other choice (I asked the woman at Xtremities if I could get something else and she ignored me, again with her rudeness). I am left with big scars now because of her inexperience and lack of attentiveness. Would not recommend

I went in booked a tattoo for an angel wing got quoted for 300 left a deposit with kaleb. I was given an estimate of about 2 3 hours no more for basic line work. I went in got in earlier with purushna I was told shes not an apprentice and has experience and is skilled with lines. The stencil took an hour to put on and was nothing like I wanted. Shes missing a piece of the wing. It looks from noon til 1 for the stencil. Then from 1 to 420pm I finally gave up looks like sperm hitting a wall and a squashed centipede. I am so disappointed. I waited 4 years for this with a good artist was hesitant to book with her and I had booked this a week in advance on Saturday. I am ot happy I paid 340 for this tattoo and wanted a refund or for it to be fixed. I have gotten the run around. Do not go to purushna she isnt experienced.

Tried to book a tattoo appointment, 3 separate times. Got told they were too busy which I get. But also told me an artist does a lot of booking off of IG so I left my name, number, and email for this person to contact me to see if they could fit me in. I also wrote an email to someone and didn't really get a response. I haven't heard from anyone since. It's been almost a year.... although the woman who I talked to at the front desk was nice

Came here to get two helix piercings, one week apart, and I was serviced by Conrad. He was very informative and answered any questions I had, which helped me to calm down before getting the piercings....
Came here to get two helix piercings, one week apart, and I was serviced by Conrad. He was very informative and answered any questions I had, which helped me to calm down before getting the piercings. I did not have any problems during this experience besides the wait time. It took over 1 hour to finally get to me even though there were only a few customers before me, some of which were there for different reasons.

I got my nipples pierced here and Olivia pierced them and she was awesome! Made me feel comfortable, calmed me down and overall just awesome. However, I went back to get the hoops changed out to barbells and Conrad was there working. He kept criticizing myself and another girl for touching our piercings and it came off really rude. Even while he was changing the piercings out he was complaining about people not following the rules. So I highly recommend Olivia, but Conrad not so much.

The thought of getting a needle go through my ear made me feel super dizzy and sick. Conrad took his time to explain me everything & tried to make me think of a happy place. He was very nice and supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff are super helpful and nice.

I promise to post pics when the tats are done!Also the tattoo rates per hour are the best, at $100, than any shop, period, and I checked!Definitely worth the drive to Mississauga ! PS, they do really inexpensive laser hair removal too! Like 6 sessions for a large area, $250! Cheap!

The staff is very friendly and an absolute pleasure to be around, I got my belly button and Cartledge pierced here and was extremely nervous but the piercer was very nice and calmed me down and reassured me, with a conversation full of jokes with all of the staff when it came to telling me how to treat my piercings they gave me very helpful tips best I've had at any other piercing place. around a month later I ended up loosing the ball to my Cartledge jewelry and the staff gave me a new one for free and cleaned my piercing and put it on for me! overall amazing experience!

She started to warm up but acted as if her questions were stupid. I asked a question too and she made me feel like an idiot. She kept saying we could come back for jewellery replacement free of charge so she obviously didn't read our sheet saying were not from anywhere close to town.... Worst piercing experience ever is what my friend said. I say worst customer service ever. I understand you get lots of idiots and assholes working in a tattoo and piercing shop but come on, have a good attitude for people who are paying money to have something done. Cheer the f up for the ten minutes you have to talk to each person. If you are new to piercings or are unsure don't go here. See More

Great artists who know what they're doing. Came here to get my septum pierced, my sister got her conch on their two for one deal, so it was very cheap. Jewellery came included and they even do changes for free. Clean, sterile and they talk you through everything in a clear way. Best part was that even though I messed up and flipped the ring down a day after piercing, I went back in and they helped me push it back up and offered to switch the ring to a size that I liked better, free of charge. Highly recommend it, don't let the shack's appearance throw you off!

Let me preface by saying I did not end up getting the piercing I was desperately wanting.Ok - so, sigh. I really wanted to get an adult piercing this weekend and my girlfriend told me we could get a two-for-one deal at Xtremities. Sounded good to me.The shop is open until 9pm so we rolled in at around 8pm. We stood around for 5 to 10 minutes before being greeted. When asked what we wanted the VERY young girl behind the counter looked very put off and told me she had no clean clamps and she could not do the piercing tonight.I suppose it was too much for me to think I could walk into a piercing shop an hour before they close and actually get a piercing. Not sure I would go back, there just seems something so sketchy about the whole "no clean clamps" thing. I mean, don't get me wrong, I am happy they have a policy about not using dirty clamps, but I was very unimpressed.THAT BEING SAID (ya, I yelled it) I hear Sonia (who was not working Friday night) is amazing. So maybe I will try one more time.. maybe not.

Daughter & I were in yesterday to have our tattoos applied. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome! Domenica is an expert artist. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in order to create the perfect pieces! We appreciated her steady patience and attention to detail.The studio is clean and everyone is welcoming and super friendly! It made our special mother/daughter day very memorable! Thank you!

hi, i recently came in for a belly piercing and there service was amazing i was automatically greet, the girl that helped me with the pink hair was so sweet and my piercing was painless, like on a scale of 1 to 10 ( one being the lowest) it was a 2, it was quick and easy. But i forgot to ask how to clean it so if someone could tell me i'd highly appreciate it. And also i was wondering what kind of metal is used for the piercing?

The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and Dominika is awesome!!!! Her attention to detail is superb! Well worth my antsy impatient of being on my ribs.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and an absolute pleasure to be around, I got my belly button and Cartledge pierced here and was extremely nervous but the piercer was very nice and calmed me down and reassured me, with a conversation full of jokes with all of the staff when it came to telling me how to treat my piercings they gave me very helpful tips best I've had at any other piercing place. around a month later I ended up loosing the ball to my Cartledge jewelry and the staff gave me a new one for free and cleaned my piercing and put it on for me! overall amazing experience!

Went with a friend who was pierced by Sara. First of all she came across very rude right from the get go. She was on her phone while half answering my friends questions and was not very friendly. She started to warm up but acted as if her questions were stupid. I asked a question too and she made me feel like an idiot. She kept saying we could come back for jewellery replacement free of charge so she obviously didn't read our sheet saying were not from anywhere close to town.... Worst piercing experience ever is what my friend said. I say worst customer service ever. I understand you get lots of idiots and assholes working in a tattoo and piercing shop but come on, have a good attitude for people who are paying money to have something done. Cheer the f up for the ten minutes you have to talk to each person. If you are new to piercings or are unsure don't go here. See More

Great artists who know what they're doing. Came here to get my septum pierced, my sister got her conch on their two for one deal, so it was very cheap. Jewellery came included and they even do changes for free. Clean, sterile and they talk you through everything in a clear way. Best part was that even though I messed up and flipped the ring down a day after piercing, I went back in and they helped me push it back up and offered to switch the ring to a size that I liked better, free of charge. Highly recommend it, don't let the shack's appearance throw you off!

Let me preface by saying I did not end up getting the piercing I was desperately wanting.Ok - so, sigh. I really wanted to get an adult piercing this weekend and my girlfriend told me we could get a two-for-one deal at Xtremities. Sounded good to me.The shop is open until 9pm so we rolled in at around 8pm. We stood around for 5 to 10 minutes before being greeted. When asked what we wanted the VERY young girl behind the counter looked very put off and told me she had no clean clamps and she could not do the piercing tonight.I suppose it was too much for me to think I could walk into a piercing shop an hour before they close and actually get a piercing. Not sure I would go back, there just seems something so sketchy about the whole "no clean clamps" thing. I mean, don't get me wrong, I am happy they have a policy about not using dirty clamps, but I was very unimpressed.THAT BEING SAID (ya, I yelled it) I hear Sonia (who was not working Friday night) is amazing. So maybe I will try one more time.. maybe not.
