I’ve had three cousins and my sister go here for tattoos. I went for my first a couple weeks back because I was comfortable and confident in their work based on the people I knew with tattoos from this parlor. Ian took the idea I had on the spot and helped fit it and articulate it to what he thought would work/look the best for my body. Came here the other day because they were the only place that took walk-ins last minute. The shop is nice, clean, bright and airy. The staff is awesome, extremely friendly, welcoming and entertaining. Garth did a small tattoo for my cousin and I and he was super calm, nice and patient with us. Honestly, this is the most unprofessional and substandard business (not just tattoo parlour) that I have ever been to. The front receptionist has literally no knowledge of jewellery and even when she asked the other staff for help they refused...so I basically served myself. I am so thankful that I would never dream of booking a tattoo here and that the shops true colours were shown through the most basic sales interaction. And keep in mind, this is all as a customer who still went through with the sale in hopes that the interaction would turn around, but no- it only proceeded to go downhill. In fact, I was told it was my fault that the sale took so long. I have worked in several shops in my life as well as being covered in tats from shops around the world, so I do know what I am talking about. I live for this industry and was honestly trying to help a struggling shop make a better name for itself in Port Credit. But to my dismay, I was met with hostility and rudeness that proved to me that all of the negative things I had heard about the shop were true. Don’t let the fb rating fool you- you can create fake profiles to boost your business rating. So I not only give this shop a bad review, but I will actively do everything in my power to boycott Artistic Integrity and steer everyone I know away from it and into a more worthy shop in PC or elsewhere. Again, beyond disappointed especially when I was giving them the benefit of the doubt walking in there, and struggled through a ten minute sale that took almost an hour due to the staffs’ ignorance. I have number of tats done at various studios over the years and must say that this is by far my best experiance yet. The guys are nothing but professional. The shop is clean and tidy. I went in for consultation and Ian created the tat i envisioned with a little added artistic freedom.Most importantly to me is that he is a man of his word, What was discussed was what the outcome proved to be. Got my first head tattoos. People kept telling me they would hurt a lot and bleed a lot. Not even the slightest, Ian is amazing at doing tattoos. I've gone to Artistic Integrity for all my tattoos and piercings. It’s a really great place and I love the atmosphere here- it’s always clean, sanitary and they make you feel 100% comfortable. Just got my 4th tattoo from Artistic Integrity yesterday, Garth has done 2 of them, his artistic skills are amazing. He genuinely puts effort into ensuring you are totally satisfied with your tattoo.
