This is the only tattoo shop I recommend to friends and family when the subject of getting ink comes up in conversation. Couldn't ask for better customer service from these guys. Very laid back environment, clean and professional, and always accommodating. I've gone to Zach for 3 of my 5 tattoos and will be going back for a 6th. My experience at Red Door was nothing short of awesome. Brock is an amazingly talented artist. I came in with a few basic ideas and I put my faith in his artistic ability. He delivered and created a beautiful half sleeve on my arm - real art. The colour, shading, design and line work was spot on. I always believed you should find an artist that suits the style of tattoo you want, throw them some basic ideas and let them drive, it's totally worth it, it was such a great experience. The whole crew is super friendly and funny as hell. I have no doubts my experience with Zach, Steve and Jess would be no different. I have never been to red door but that's because I've been super busy. I have had Zach Pero where he used to work. He was my artist on my first tattoo and he is the best artist in town. I know it sonly one tattoo I have so far but he was friendly, great at tlaking and explaining. Easy going and fun to talk to when getting my forearm tattooed. Phenomenal establishment. Owners/Artists are very talented and provide an excellent service at very reasonable rates. Everything is very clean and professionally done. I have received multiple tattoos from them and they have all healed very well and turned out awesome. When I first had my appointment to be tattooed, I felt like I was being judged not treated the same as all continuous and older clients. From the start of my visit I had been treated with disrespect and not valued as a first time client until i had mentioned I had already been tattooed by a well respected tattoo artist was I then taken more seriously. It has been 13 days and my tattoo has completely rubbed off before the healing process has even been completed. After speaking with the ladies that work there today, who claimed to be the owner, about my situation I was completely disregarded and talked down to. My friend who previously called was sworn at and also treated with no attempt to care about good customer service. All in all my experience was not pleasurable and is definitely not a respectable tattoo joint. I would not recommend Red Door. I guess it is true what they say, "good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good." Read Less

What do you write, when you're beyond happy? Five stars doesn't seem to do it justice. I just had Brock tattoo my right shoulder, with lilies and roses. I had come in for a consultation, and had a vague idea of what I wanted and the style, but had no clue how to put it on paper or into words. And somehow after just a few minutes of talking, I walked back in a few weeks later for my appointment nervous as fuck, and instantly the moment I saw what he had drawn up I was at ease.
