Very professional and clean. Every piercing I have had done looks amazing and healed quickly with the exception of one dermal. That was because of my choice of location. I am very pleased with every experience I have had at Perfect Image. My first tattoo was at the Grand Bend location 10 years ago, and I have also had more recent tattoos done at the London location as well (by Jon). They are beautiful and detailed. Had a horrible experience at addictive tattoo (artist was rude and was not listening to me) so left and went to perfect image I had an amazing experience it a Amazing place and amazing guest artist Erika made me feel super welcome and really brightened my mood after having such a bad experience and made me feel so welcomed I love the tattoo and touch up so much I am speechless defiantly will be getting more work done by Erika in the future! I had my first tatt done last night by Matt Sitter at Perfect Image. It was custom work and he was a pro. Matt is meticulous about his work, and I have to say it is amazing! I am very pleased with how it came out. Everything was extremely clean and sanitary from the time you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and friendly. I got a hummingbird done as a gift from my son on mothers day and the artist was really nice. As it was my first tattoo I was nervous from all the horror stories Ive heard but he explained everything as he went and said any questions anytime just ask. made me feel ALOT more at ease. Made sure I was comfortable and my son got oa swallow done just after me said the artist was really good felt totally comfortable, looking to get his next one done there by same guy.I on the other hand am getting my 2nd and third one done today at 1:00 from the same artist. Yes they are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for I have diabetes and he walked me thru everything I should look for and extra care needed for it turned out great very very happy , thats why I am going back today Read Less

Had an industrial piercing done here and they put a bar in too small and when I had to get it removed I got a card for a free redo and when I took it in I was told they could not do that unless the manager did it and they took the card and they gave me a new card but it was only half off.. not happy😒 This happened almost 2 years ago. Got my septum pierced here about two years ago. The "piercer" pierced me completely crooked and through the cartilage. I bled like crazy and almost passed out. I eventually took the jewelery out because the diagonal nature of the piercing drove me nuts and now I'm left with a massive scar in my septum that flares up quite regularly. I'm worried I'll never be able to get it re-pierced because of how intense the scar is. Oh, and they're totally cheap and use externally threaded jewelry which no shop should be using in 2017. If you're looking for overpriced piercings from obviously untrained piercers, this is the place for you. My advice: save up a little more money and go to either Legacy or Addictive. Much better jewelry selection and the piercers actually know how to do their job. Read Less

Do not recommend at all!!! I got my nose pierced here by their regular piercer and I had a good experience! However, the piercing gave me a lot of trouble and continuously got bumps on it. I went back to the piercer to see what they thought and they basically told me to suck it up or taking the piercing out. So I went to another shop in London and turns out the original piercer had completely messed my piercing. The piercing wasn't done properly and the stud was way too big for the hole which caused the stud to fall out continuously and irritate the area and create a buildup of skin. The new piercer at the new shop cleaned it up and out in a new piercing and I have had no issues since! I have heard things like this from multiple people too! Definitely would not recommend! Always very Clean and professional. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk through the door. Mike is very laid back and has done most of my piercings (industrial, forward helix, nose and Monroe) and even helped me out over the phone when one of the piercing holes from my industrial became infected ( not at the fault of the piercer but my fault as I kept touching and playing with it) Staff is always very friendly and answers any questions you might have. I have gotten 8 1/2 of my tattoos done by Korinne (half because she fixed someone else's screwed up)! She's AWESOME! She never goes too hard and always lets you stop when you need the break to regroup. Her lines are perfect and her shading is incredible! I highly recommend going to Korinne for all your needs. Went in to get a cupcake tattoo. The artist obviously didn't really want to do it but took me anyways. I was pretty young at the time so I didn't really have the guts to leave unfortunately. I told him I wanted a cupcake and he went on google and picked literally the first photo. I ask for him to change a couple of things and he said he didn't have time. I was dumb enough to agree to him putting it on me (my error). He worked fast on it and at the end of the night when everyone had gone he left the bottom empty and said that he wasn't going to fill it in and maybe I could get it done some other time. Very rude and pushed me out the door when it was done.Once it was healed I noticed alot of scarring on it from it not being done properly and in a flat out rush.Never again will I go back here.I used to get pierced here as well. When you walk in everyone asks like they dont want to deal with you.Looks nice and shiny and clean on the outside but its a complete disaster really. Read Less
