First,the good: Chantelle did a great job with my piece, and I'd cheerfully go back to her again. Unfortunately, I doubt that I'll ever go back to the shop again,due to the very poor service at the front desk. A friend and I booked do do our pieces together, and he came in from out of town specifically for the appointment. Our first appointment, the artists was running behind. Way behind. But in spite of having my cell number, we weren't told this until arrival. We were the...n left to wait wit the promise of "I'llget him to come talk to you". Half and hour later, *we* searched out the shop girl, and rebooked - with a different artists, and barely an "I'm sorry". On the second appointment, we arrived, only to be told that the artist we were booked with wasn't comfortable doing stomach pieces. While we are glad she was honest (and again, she did a great job on my arm), to not be told ahead of time was extremely frustrating. Look, I get that emergencies happen. I work in counselling, and crises happen all the time. But if I ever left a client just sitting and waiting for that long with no follow-up, I'd be in huge trouble - and rightfully so. As a business, you need to show some respect for your customers' time if you expect them to respect your work. See More Read Less
