Poor customer service. OK if you want me to pay cash and you don't pay taxes, work on customer service. Also customers shouldn't pay for set up time.

I got my tattoo done in July so this is a little late, but Dane did an absolutely amazing job on my Zelda themed tattoo and it turned out exactly like the picture I showed him. He was really patient with me (since I'm a pain wimp lol) and the parlour was very clean.
