Hello to whomever it may concern,
I’m not sure who to go to for this to resolve the situation but my two friends and I went into your Grand Bend shop to get one of their cartilages pierced. We were told that there wasn’t a piercer in today (which was fine but still kind of odd considering it’s a piercing and tattoo business) and were about to leave. We were then told by another employee that he should be fine to proceed to pierce her and we trusted him.
So we go in and he sanitizes the area and we see him struggling for a little bit and next thing we know, there’s blood all over her ear and his gloves. He said he lost a piece in the ear and continued to dig around her ear with the needle. It obviously bleeds a lot more and she’s crying at this point. He said he was tired and just landed from England and they pierced cartilages differently there. He tried to explain that they used different tools which confused us because wouldn’t that need to be established to him beforehand?
Anyway, we go to the front and speak to another man to try and get our money back. He says he can’t figure out how to refund us because we used a credit card. We asked if we could just get cash and he said, “No because then our till will be unbalanced.” We were left with no choice but a store credit of $50 which is completely useless to us because my friend is so traumatized by the situation that she doesn’t even want to get her cartilage pierced anymore.
This was the worst customer service we’ve ever received and will consider all other options as well in the meantime.

My experience here was terrible. The girl was very arrogant and so was the tattoo artist. I went to them because I heard they did great work, but also heard they give their customers a hard time with sizing, which is exactly what happened to me. I was really looking forward to getting my tattoo here in GB and was very upset by the way I was treated.

I made an appointment at this location to get a small matching tattoo with my friend. I called the day of, and they told us to come in for 8pm (which keep in mind for us was an hour and a half drive one way). So we showed up right on time, got to the front counter and they told us that they had forgotten all about us and thay all of their artists had gone home. They texted their one artist to come back in, however he had already had a drink so he couldn't do the tattoos anyways. He proceeded to be rather rude with us as he asked us to show him the tattoos we wanted. He said something along the lines of "even if I could I don't have enough time to draw up the tattoos and then tattoo them on you both" (even though we we free on time for when they asked us to come in).....so why did they book us so late? This was 100% their fault and they took little to no responsibility for their actions, and offered nothing for wasting both my time and gas money getting there. Would not recommend.

Just got my first tattoo and so did my daughter and step daughter. The staff was amazing, and very friendly ,They made us feel at home....I got a tattoo in memory of my mother, and it turned out awesome. We were booked with Jesse but he had called in sick, but because we wanted him they were able to get us in with him the next day. That made us so thrilled they could do that. Jesse I must say a very special " Thank-You" you made us feel at ease and your work on my wolf was awesome, lol and my chicken daughters love there tattoos also, Thanks to everyone at Perfect Image in Grand Bend for a pleasant visit.

I have known the guys at PI in Grand Bend for a few years now. Always great to deal with!! Easy going, professional and the shop is always clean (or I would have any work done there if it wasn't) I've got a few tattoos by Jeremy and he is an up front, tell it like it is amazing artist. Had my 1st sitting of 2 on my half sleeve yesterday and couldn't be happier. Stoked for my 2nd sitting to see it all come together. See ya soon guys �

My experience was amazing. Went in with my mom to get a scar covered up. Staff was awesome. Made us feel right at home. Laughed and joked with us. I even had all my babies with me ages 20 to 4. Jesse did an amazing job on both mine and my mothers tattoos. Would definitely be back as will my mom is looking to travel to Waterloo to have more work done by Jesse. So happy with the outcome. Can't thank you guys enough.

I got my industrial pierced here almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier with it. I have a lot of friends with industrials and they've all had absolute hell with it, but I haven't had any problems at all with mine.
The procedure itself was very quick and painless, as well as the piercer being very cautious and making sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. They were also fantastic in informing me on how to care for my piercing. I was able to buy the products I needed for aftercare at their studio for a very reasonable price and they helped tremendously.
I could not recommend this studio more. Now several of my friends have gotten pierced here and have all had a great experience. Thank you!

Guy on desk was a little unhelpful. Almost turned away multiple first timers due to lack of communication. Seemed like there was conflict between artist and unhelpful desk guy. Don't get the after care kit. It was a waste of money. All the artist's at the time were really helpful and kind. They may say they take credit card on the phone, but then hasseled when time to pay - that's your screw up, not the customers.

I’m not sure who to go to for this to resolve the situation but my two friends and I went into your Grand Bend shop to get one of their cartilages pierced.
