Followed Deacon here from another parlor. He did such a great job on my two lobe piercings many many years ago. Today I had a third lobe and cartilage piercing. Fantastic! So clean, meticulous and really laid back. Such a comfortable and chill experience. Explained everything and was very helpful. Front reception was really friendly too. I took my daughter to see Deacon for her nose piercing. He was so professional and walked her thru step by step....it was her first and she was pretty nervous. We took our 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time yesterday. Deacon was phenomenal with her. He talked both her and us through the types of earrings to buy and why one might be better than the other. When it came time to do the piercing he spoke directly to my daughter in a calm way. When she got anxious before the first piercing he helped her clam down with breathing exercises. She was a champ on the first piercing and cried but again Deacon help her calm down and we took a little break. After about 4 or 5 minutes she said. Hey Mom it doesn't hurt anymore. We moved on to the second ear and there was less anxiety and less crying. She was all smiles just minutes after we were done and we did the big reveal in the lobby with her friend and my husband. The whole time he was very professional and really knew how to work with young kids. I highly recommend using them for piercing at any age! I've now spent about 16 hours getting tattoed by Wayne and they've all been awesome. Everything I've taken him (vague ideas or a bunch of random things I want put together), he's come up with a way to make it better than it looked in my head. The store is bright and clean and just as welcoming when it's your first tattoo (like my mom's last weekend) or your fourth (or more). Audrey at the desk is awesome. The addition of the Netflix option is nice, but you'll probably just end up talking to Wayne because he's got lots of interesting stories - there's neither awkward silence or weird over sharing which I've experienced with other artists.
