I went here with a friend to get a tatoo and the guy seemed nice. The place wasnt overly clean though. I also didnt like the fact that they BLASTED the music through her whole session. Like couldn't even here yourself think. I also found them to be way over priced and I was extremely disappointed 😞 when she told me what she had paid for what she got! Not cool. I have some great work on me and I paid a fair price but she was definatley overcharged! Besides all of this his work is decent and he has some talent. The time we were there was good and pretty pleasant. The guys were easy going and easy to chat with when the music wasnt on!! Read Less

I went in and I didn't need appointment they took me right away and I loved the work and I started telling my family and friends about how I liked how it went and how the staff was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable and well the tatto was being done he keep asking me if I'm ok and willing to make me feel like I was sitting in my oun home before I knew it, I was reaped up and ready to go. I took my son there for his birthday and I ended up getting 2 tattoos done ! I like the fact that they keep the shop nice and clean. The guys there are awesome, so friendly. A few of my friends and I went here to get piercings and one friend got a tattoo approx 2 months ago. When we got there it smelled like marijuana and really loud music was playing which was eventually turned down so that we could talk to each other without straining to hear/yelling at each other. When you go to most piercers, they will use a sharpy or marker to display where they are going to pierce you, but at this place that was not the case. I got my rook pierced and noticed that the gauge was quite big and the size of the barbells were quite large, when I asked the piercer why it was so big he said that it needed to be that way in case it became swollen. I was skeptical but left it alone. Once all of my friends finished getting their piercings we paid up. Before we left, we had to ask the piercer what his recommendations for cleaning our piercings were (between all of us we had got three different types of ear piercings) because it didn't appear that he was going to provide us with this information. Ultimately, very disappointed with the service and I would say about 4/5 of us had an infection after. Both myself and one of my friends went to reputable piercing businesses (one in Hamilton and the other in Toronto) where we got the jewellery replaced. At both places the staff stated that the piercer used the jewellery normally used for belly button piercings for a tragus, rook, and conch piercing. The individual I spoke to told me the gauge was one size bigger than they would normally pierce a rook with. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a piercing. Read Less

Had heard and seen work  of artist  Brad of TrueHart..I wanted my aunts handwriting in the most famous words out of my mouth....and her 3 fave flowers.     Brad was super friendly and we got right to work on the idea I wanted to create. I had my aunt write the words on a piece of paper which Brad made in to a stencil..he then looked on web and we picked style of flowers. In a few minutes the stencils were drawn up and we were on our way. On the top of the foot is not for everyone as it is a tender spot....lol...to say the least...Brad was super intuitive and always asked how things were going or if I needed a break.Amazing work ...from coloring to line work and artistic eye. Brad knew where to throw some background elements . After 3 hrs I was left speechless with how awesome the tattoo turned...the handwriting especially. I had a chance to browse through both Brad and "Berto's portfolio's and they are both impressive. I will definately be back to the shop for more ink. Read Less
