I got a piercing and my mom got a tattoo. We called ahead to make sure someone would be available for a walkin. The receptionist, tattooist, and piercer were all such friendly girls. I recently got both nipples pierced at this shop by Dalton. He was barely professional in the idea of cleanliness. He used sterile and proper equipment however his piercing skills are POOR. he pierced my nipples 1 third into my ariola which was WAYYYY too deep (3 other piercers have confirmed it was a horrible job and HAD to be taken out immediately or I was risking infection. HE GAVE ME 0 AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS (WHICH IS LAW TO GIVE TO EVERY CLIENT) , was very rude and even told me to get the F out after my piercing. GLAD he is leaving the shop however I WILL NEVER be back. The only good part of the shop is that the owner mike refunded me my money because Dalton literally had NO idea what he was doing. BAD SERVICE but clean utensils. DONT GO THERE unless its buy jewelry. Read Less

I have gotten a few piercings done here and just recently got my tattoo done here. The only issue I had was that one of the employees tried to screw me over for my tattoo... If it weren't for the tattoo artist pointing it out I would have payed way more for the tattoo then it was worth. I got my nose pierced here 4 months ago, and it was a great experience. The woman who pierced me went over all the sterilization of the tools used before she began, and was ready to answer all the questions I had about the process and cleaning and etc. The staff were friendly, and I have had no issues or infections with the piercing itself, and its completely healed now. I got my vertical labret done by Terra about a week and a half ago or so and its healing so well. She worked with me on getting it to my desired position (i dare say she got it perfect) as i was slightly displeased with how it turned out another time a few years ago. Got tattooed by will about 4 years ago, got the names of my kids on my wrists, he went way too deep into the skin i have noticeable lines of scar tissue on some of the letters, also took forever to heal and very painful. Looking to get 2 more names done on the front side of my wrists but i don't think I'll be going there to get it done. My advice would be to look up reviews on different places around. Read Less

Josh is incredibly talented, obviously loves his work and is a sincerely nice guy that will make you feel right at home. He did an amazing cover up for me today and it is without a doubt, the best tattoo of the over 50 that I have. My only disappointment is that I didn't find him sooner!
