The piercer was arrogant, judgmental, inpatient, rude, condescending and unprofessional. Went in to check out the shop because I was interested in getting another tattoo and thought what better way then to check out their jewelry. I was pressured to sanitize my hands five times, but then she drops the earring on the ground and doesn’t go to sanitize it before she puts it in a bag for me to take home. I went there despite having read the reviews and someone had spoken negatively about this person’s attitude which I should have listened. I was rushed out the door after my purchase. My few questions were responded to with a condescending tone and rather than answer the questions she would redundantly say sarcastically that “I guess you would have to trust my knowledge as a piercer”. Which is interesting because she said the earring would fit me but when I left I realize it was way to small and was pulling on my lobe and uncomfortable. Once I paid she said we don’t do refunds or exchanges. That’s fine since I’d rather lose 28$ than give 2000$ worth of business who is going to treat people like this. She had no work ethic and a very bad attitude. My last tattoo was very large and the piece I was looking to get done would’ve been a 2000$ job for them. Nobody wants to deal with someone who has a bad attitude. I won’t be returning. What she didn’t know is that I’m not a novice to the tattoo world and I’ve had work done on me all over Canada. Worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a tattoo shop.

Although they were unable to perform the piercings I wanted; they were very polite on the phone. She even recommended places I could go to to get them done. That gives them a 5 star just for customer service. If I ever want a piercing done that's on their list; I'll be sure to stop by!

I happen to be walking by the shop on my way to a game store nearby. The artist who was outside chatted with me for a bit. I asked if he had any openings the next day because I would be flying back to the States in two days time, and wanted a tattoo before I left. Mark, I believe his name was, set me up with an appointment and worked with me to help figure out the best design. He was a riot! When I'm in the area again, I'm definitely going to stop by for some more work. I loved being inside that parlor. Very regal and elegant.

The guys at Inkwell are definitely worth a visit if you plan on getting forever art done. Brock has done one piece and Jason has done three pieces for me so far; everytime someone see my tattoos I get compliments on how well done the work is. I am happy to say that I will continue to be a patron for any further work.

Was not impressed gave my deposit then was told I missed the appointment I'm pretty sure I know what days I work I have worked the same hours and days for 12 years, so they booked it wrong. Then was told I'd have to put another deposit in to re-schedule. No thanks you made a mistake and I have to pay for it.

Was looking around for almost a year for a group tattoo to be done in honour of my battle with cancer. I went with ink well and could not be happy with that choice. We all had Pearl do our tattoos,she did 4 of them , they turned out amazing!!! Iam in love with it. Super friendly, Listening to what I wanted and had no problem changing a few details last minute. Thank you so very much will definitely be back for pearl to do my back. If you are looking to get a tattoo I highly recommend ink well tattoos and piercings

Nothing but excellent service at Inkwell the 6 times I've been here (twice for piercings, and 4 times for tattoos). I've only had work done by one of their artists, but will definitely be back in the future to have work done by others. Great people all around and a great shop!

Ink Well is the best. The staff are all extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Jason is for sure one of the best tattoo artists I have ever come across. I was very picky with who I was going to have do my tattoos and I now refuse to go to anyone but him. He can take whatever vision you have for a tattoo and truly turn into a work of art that you will be happy to have on you forever. if you have been unsure of where to go for your first or next tattoo, look no further, this is the spot!

Went in to check out the shop because I was interested in getting another tattoo and thought what better way then to check out their jewelry.
