Got my forearm tattoo last year at this place. I loved every second of my experience. They are pretty cool and chill and the place is very clean!!! I drive from Mississauga to get my tats there. Would recommend to anyone!!! I read the reviews here and saw that 95% of the 1 star reviews are from women. The ladies are being way too sensitive. Why would you get piercings done when your friend had to leave without jewelry. Why would you get several tattoos from them and complain all the tattoos are crappy. Call me crazy but if get one bad tattoo why would you go back for more??? Again people have nothing else better to do. It’s actually a shame that all these bad reviews are people that don’t understand that these men work hard in here and don’t stop working & sometimes can’t help people right away because they’re in the middle of a tattoo. This place is SUPER friendly, SUPER clean and my tattoo looks EFFING awesome. I recommend you people not listen to these 1 star losers who are nothing but entitled princes and princesses that would want to speak to a manager to complain ANY day. Lol Rudy did my tattoo, and he’s going to do the rest of them till I die because it is SIIIIIIICK, and he plays awesome music while doing it and makes sure your comfortable at all times and makes you feel confident. Worst tattoo shop in Hamilton. Do not go there. Terrible atmosphere, not inviting or friendly. Prick at the desk sits with his feet up and acts like customers who walk in dont exist doesn't say hi how can we help you just plays solitaire on computer instead. Called them in the morning hoping to get a tattoo done today and was told to come on down. showed up and was helped by Rudy, really great guy helped me with the picture I wanted and we were right in doing the tattoo. Not sure how he has such good reviews, went there for a majority of my tattoos and most of them were done pretty horribly. Overcharged me for all of them as well as it states on the website it is $100 for an hour yet I ended up paying over $150 for most of them and none of them took more than 20 minutes to do. Read Less

Not happy at all work not incomplete when was told could complete in one sitting and it wasn't do to having another booking .price was agreed on before anything was done then was told it was going to be $180. more to complete took double the time to do work and was charged double the price .Don't get me wrong i don't mind paying cause we all got to eat .What's the icing on the cake is now with incomplete ink no one wants to finish it cause no one finishes other people's work so now i wear long sleeves and am very unhappy Read Less

Best tattoo place in Hamilton with only the finest artists. I've gotten a few tattoos done from Rudy and they have all turned out great! I've been to other places in Hamilton and Toronto for tattoos, but it's fair to say that this is my favourite shop. Read Less

Not recommended at all! Went in for two piercings, place was just full blown weed smelling but I stayed because everything seemed clean. Was made fun of for saying "please". THE WORST CUSTOMER service ! I wanted to get a piercing so I called south coast to check the hours. This was on Sunday around1 asked for the price on the piercing I wanted. Got all info. I show up about 310 as they close at 4. I walk in and no one is there. So I sit an wait. Al of a sudden I hear SNORING. So I yelled hello multiple times and nothing. So I peaked around the corner and the tattoo artist is sleeping. And not even. Normal sleep as I was yelling and calling and knocking and we wouldn't wake up. I waited for 30 mins for him to wake up! Then when he finally wakes up and finishes slurring his words says oh sorry. And he doesn't do peircings today. I told him that's the worst customer service and he actually had the balls to tell me that's rude. I have tried calling the shop back to talk to the owner and was told they will be in. At 2-3 I call back then and now they aren't coming in today. The worst experience I have ever had. Even if the guy did do piercings I would never let him touch me as he had to been on something. I walked in today to look into quotes for a tattoo and some advise and ideas... well.. first of all I stood there waiting at the front for a while and no one showed up. It was open. Then I called out... no response. I walked around to see if anyone was there and found some dude sleeping on the couch in the back so I woke him up "hello" (he didn't wake until I banged on the wall) he woke up dumbfounded so I walked and waited back at the front.. waited... and then oh my goodness I literally had to call the store number. He picked up and said "hello" and I was like "are you kidding me I'm standing at the front of the store" "oh" he says... he then walked slowly over slumped on the chair and gave me terrible customer service. I picked up my things and was like forget it I'll go somewhere better, somewhere someone is actually is professional and makes me feel comfortable because god forbid I allow that guy to put something permanent on my body.
