Had a horrible experience! First when I walked in the girl at the front desk completely ignored me. Then when she came back she didn't even acknowledge me just the guy behind me. Then when I asked about getting a tattoo she was rude an kept asking me when the last time I got one done. She didn't seem to like the tattoo I wanted so she told me it wasn't possible an stopped talking to me. Would never go back again! So I go here with a nose piercing that was tightened because my jewelry fell out 3 days ago and I couldn’t put it back in myself even after having it for 3 years. I was in the shop for maybe a total of 2 mins and with the piercer for literally 30 seconds and was charged 65$ lol. Not to mention that was the most painful (re)piercing I’ve ever gotten cause she just shoved a needle in my face with zero warning, put in the jewelry and that was it. No communication whatsoever. So basically I paid someone who was not even remotely nice or professional 65$ for something I could have done myself. I woke up today with a nasty infected thing on my face and don’t know how I’m supposed to go to work looking like this. I drove almost an hour to this place only because I thought they would have this amazing collection of jewelry that (she) shows off on Instagram and honestly that I can’t regret that enough. She even told me the price to have the piercing stretched back open would be 15$ plus the price of jewelry when I sent her a msg. The one I chose was most basic and definitely don’t believe it was 50$ so obviously she didn’t realize we had spoken online and she’s bullshitting me with the price (65). The guy that works at this shop I think his name is zackery he is garbage. He does't listen to what customers want. His ego is huge and refuses to use work that he hasn't drawn. It took him 3 times to draw when i had pictures of what i wanted but her said he can  draw it better. It took him 3 times to place a stencile as well. I'm an easy going guy and let him use his poor art ability. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars to remove it with lazer. Crapy shop. To top it off it was a remorial tattoo. I have never in my life been to a more unprofessional establishment. I got a tattoo as a gift and I am from out of town. When we booked the tattoo they made us wait 1.5 hrs past our scheduled time while that artist ate his dinner in the back and had a smoke. Then the tattoo healed and is faded pretty badly. I booked an appt for a retouch and confirmed it twice with them. I drove an hour from out of town only to be told they booked me at another time and although the fix would only take 15 mins they had to reschedule. I booked the reschedule appt for today. 2 hrs before my appt when I already drove another hour into town I was told they were cancelling my appt again due to the artist having an emergency. I asked if another artist could do it and she said yes and to come at my scheduled time. I get there and now she says they cannot fit me in until 3 hrs later. I asked why she didn't call me to save me the trip there and she had no apology or reasoning. Zero customer service or regard for their clienteles time. I got my cartilage pierced here maybe 6 months ago, and the piercer was so rude! She barely talked to me or made me feel comfortable. She gave me attitude and never talked to me about after care instructions. She acted like she didn't even want me there and she couldn't wait for me to leave! I got a simple upper earlobe piercing, just on the cusp of the cartilage not too long by Kayla. She was very friendly and demonstrated a high-degree of piercing knowledge and professionalism. Kayla was completely honest with me as to why certain piercings wouldn't work on my ears, and she also discussed the risks associated with certain ear piercings given the limited space left on my ears. So far I have had no issues with the piercing during the healing process. I would definitely recommend Kayla and I will be returning to her for a jewellery change, any future piercings. Thanks Kayla! I went in supposed to be getting a consult done but instead they asked me to give my ideas to a different artist and he would tell my artist who was clearly sitting right there doing nothing and couldn't take the time of day to speak with me. Went in for my tattoo that day and the artist is talented with his skills but work was very poor he actually used my rough sketch as a stencil for my tattoo and was ready to tattoo that on even though I was clear when I asked for what I wanted changed normally a tattoo artist recreated it how you'd like it right? Well not for them. Tattoo artist wasn't very friendly didn't talk the whole time and went so deep through the whole tattoo that I bled the entire thing when it was done he used some sort of padding which he wasn't supposed to use after I talked to my new artist it sucked half of the ink out. I haven't been here in a while but I love the art work my artist produced. Justin, I'm keeping the same artist for my sleeve and it looks amazing. I reccomend this establishment to all my friends and family and so far they share the same opinion as me. IF you aren't fully sure on what to get as in a tattoo, I suggest you hold off from making the commitment of a tattoo, it will be on you for life, your crappy ideas aren't the artists fault, so before you say "don't waste your time with this place" how about wasting your time on an idea that will look cool, resemble something personal, or just look badass. Artist quote a price and when you come in for the touch up say you have to pay $ 140 an hr for their unfinished work!!! Seriously!!! Got quoted for a tattoo after the the artist was referred to me as the best for that style, only for him to say he wasn't sure abt it and yet wanted to book me in, giving me a price. Shady!!! I went with a different artist. When i came in for the final sitting after i had already paid for the work the shop wanted to charge me for the rest of the work at $140 an hr!!! Looked through portfolios online and really liked Robs work. I could not be happier with the service I received. He helped me plan out the work I want done and we began a few days later. Price is on point with the quality of the work. Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. He made the whole experience comfortable and easy for my first tattoo. I highly recommend rob.
