I emailed the website and asked if a piercer was on Saturday they said yes. I called to double check the Saturday they said they were not in, ok thatβs fine.

The following week I emailed on the Friday to see if there was someone in they said yes there will be on Saturday so I went on the Saturday they said she was off.
This time I booked an appointment a week in advance as I called and walked in and she was not there. I told them what happened the last two times and they apologized and said you are booked we will make sure u get your apt. They said they would definitely be in if I booked in advance. ........
Apt was scheduled for 12 noon today I just got a call at 11:26am saying the person is not in. π would you like to rebook?!!!!! Are you kidding me??? Iβm so ticked calling half an hour before my apt saying the person is not in again.
Donβt know what kind of business this is.

Got two piercings done here today. I called to make an appt and they had me come in right away. I got my conch and daith done. Both turned out perfectly. The piercer (I think her name is Shylea) is very professional and talked me through everything. I've had several piercings before and the two I received today are awesome. Very clean and professional shop. I was impressed and would definitely go back for another piercing. Also prices are very reasonable.

A very clean environment, sterilized equipment, and procedures. She was super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone coming in and prices are amazing.

I got my second tattoo here when the location was still new to the area and the artist at the time did a terrible job. That artist ended up getting let go and I came back to get helped out by a second...
I got my second tattoo here when the location was still new to the area and the artist at the time did a terrible job. That artist ended up getting let go and I came back to get helped out by a second person. Once I got to my appointment, that person wasn't even there and I wasn't able to book again even though I had already paid. I went back again for two piercings, and one did not turn out well at all. I was dissappointed because I heard great things about the shop. My experience didn't even come close to a good one even after giving the shop multiple shots. I ended up paying $1000.00 to get a different artist to cover the mess that was left behind. Least I could say is that I would not recommend the shop.

Got a cartilage piercing here, they girl was SO nice. I also met the owner, another gem. Really reasonably priced and very professional. Also very clean. It was half priced piercing day, but even though it was really busy they really took their time to make sure we were comfortable, and well taken care of. I'll absolutely be going back.

I walked into Neon crab, and Dan told me my dream was possible and promised that I wouldn't leave until I was happy... and he made good on his promise... he was such a nice guy and I couldn't believe what a great job he did on a tattoo that I once hated. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! I now feel beautiful!!!!

I have seen a few tattoos people got from here. A few were fine, but others were just bad. The lines were not even straight. I don't know if it is one particular artist. Maybe that's the problem. But ...

But I probably would be suspicious of going to a place where half of the tattoos seem to have a problem.

Very caring and kind artist. οΏ½οΏ½ When i went to Neon Crab today (my first time) right away i felt at home! The staff is super friendly, positive and welcoming. I forget the name of the lady sitting at the desk (Shy) but she even gave me a drive because it was so cold! Spencer is awesome! Lol, just wanted to establish that... now with that said....the whole shop is awesome too! From inquiry email to tattoo aftercare, the entire team was friendly and attentive. When I sent in an inquiry, I received a reply within minutes and was able to get an appointment for that day. I was lucky enough to get Spencer to do my tattoo and I couldn't have been happier (but don't count out the rest of the team...they're all amazing!). I'm already conspiring with Spencer for a new back piece.
