I got my conch pierced by Zoe on a Friday night, no appointment. On a Friday night I called at least 6 other shops in Hamilton and all their piercers had gone home already. Zoë stayed after the shop had closed to do my piercing. Loved this shop, loved the people, great price, will be coming again and recommending to others ♥️

Been going here for almost 5 years. Absolutley love Justins work and have recommended him too soo many people i have 2 sleeves and a few smaller pieces done by him. . BUT MIKE doesn't care at all about his clientele. I asked to have a dermal he put in my arm removed after not even a year because it wasn't healing right and was told they were too booked for me this week and to call until i could possibly get in. I live an hour away i can't just come in short notice like this and am extremely unhappy because he took my money and did the job but now that i'm having complications he doesn't CARE AT ALL. IF you want an amazing tattoo book with Justin and you will get amazing customer service and respect . I NEVER write bad reviews but the fact that there is a piece of metal sticking out of my arm and i can't bend my arm right now definitely motivated me to warn others. Hoping to hear from the owner about this.

Stopped in at the shop today and was able to get my ears pierced as a walk-in. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Zoe, my piercer, was awesome. Pricing was reasonable too. If I ever want more...
Stopped in at the shop today and was able to get my ears pierced as a walk-in. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Zoe, my piercer, was awesome. Pricing was reasonable too. If I ever want more work done I'll definitely be back. Do note though that they only take cash.

I went to get my nose pierced with a couple of friends, there were no signs of not being allowed to stand in the back or take pictures and they very rudely told us that we couldn't as if we should have known. Satisfied with the piercing but overall bad customer service.

Best place to go for a tattoo/piercing in my opinion. I got my tatt and nose done here and the staff was amazing towards me. The pricing is good and they make sure to show the proper sterilization and new instruments when used. I love it here.. I wish I could rate higher than a 5!

Cailin did my tattoo she was very sweet and kind and made it a very enjoyable experience. Justin was in as well and they both seem extremely talented. It was clean and reasonably priced. I will definitely go again. Cailin fixed my line work on my script and did some touch ups for me.

The work is good and the prices are decent. The shop has went through 3 sets of renovations since I started going there.

My friends and I have had many tattoos done here. I highly recommend Metal 'n' Ink for the most simplistic tattoo to most complex tattoo. The artwork is astonishing and you definitely will not be disappointed. I will never go anywhere else now that I have found this hidden gem.

I got my lip pierced here with my brother a few years ago and didn't have many problems aside from a slightly crooked piercing for both of us (not visibly crooked but difficult to change the jewelery)...
I got my lip pierced here with my brother a few years ago and didn't have many problems aside from a slightly crooked piercing for both of us (not visibly crooked but difficult to change the jewelery). My navel was pierced here twice and rejected both times. My experiences while here were all good, however none of the piercings I received here were what I expected.

I got my conch pierced by Zoe on a Friday night, no appointment. On a Friday night I called at least 6 other shops in Hamilton and all their piercers had gone home already. Zoë stayed after the shop had closed to do my piercing. Loved this shop, loved the people, great price, will be coming again and recommending to others ♥️
