Went to Nighthawk with my 12 year old daughter to get our ears pierced. Mark greeted us the minute we walked in with a huge smile and walked us through the process. When it came time to do the piercing, he was super friendly, very relaxed and prepared. The piercings went really fast as we chatted. We were provided with a handout explaining proper aftercare for our piercings. The shop is very clean, without feeling cold and sterile. We did not make appointments, and were taken in right away. Recently got my earlobes pierced and my friend's cartilage by Mark! Mark was amazing, calm and very reassuring the entire time, even with me being super nervous. The piercing process was very smooth and the new needles used were disposed of immediately in a sharps container. The place itself was very clean and organized. I only have experience with the piercer and I must say I adore Mark! He made me incredibly comfortable with everything and is such a nice person to talk to! He has pierced both my industrial and my tragus and switched out jewellery multiple times for me. This place is the most amazing tattoo parlour I have ever attended. They focus on everything to the cleanliness of their gloves. They are will to do virtually any tattoo but will never do any racist or gang related tattoo. They like to keep their customers happy. It was a terrible experience Firstly when I asked to have my tattoo done the girl at the desk was discustingly rude to me and the artist (even though she saw me) didnt give me the time of day-not even to introduce herself They said she needed 2 days to draw my tattoo up even though the drawing was already done; and 10 minutes before my apt the girl at the desk calls me and says the artist cant to it to either wait when she is ready or pick up my art and go somewhere else. So thats what I did, my friends and I went to pick up my drawing; rudely ignored and not even as we were leaving the girl at the desk started talking about me to another worker.
