They definitely go out of thier way to put a smile on your face and they personally greet you as soon as you walk through the door it's a very positive space regardless if they are very busy or having a slower steady flow. My daughter wanted her nose pierced for her 13th B-day...but that's still 3 mos away...she asked for it early so that she wouldn't have to worry about it healing during cold season. So... while we were here visiting family, my daughter, granddaughter and I (I decided last minute) all got our noses pierced. All 3 of us are super happy with the professionalism and care we were given. Since the girls are heading back Tuesday, Terry-Lynn made sure to see us Saturday to make sure ...our after care was working and there was no signs of anything nasty going on. She changed the girls jewels for them and made sure their 1st one was sized properly for when they decided to use them again. I definitely recommend TerryLynn's to anyone who is looking for a good piercing. I love that she hold no punches when explain what's to be expected and how to care for them afterwards. I went in today to get both my daith's pierced and I have to say that Lise and everyone who served me at TerryLynn's gave me fantastic customer service. Lise did a great job distracting me while she did the piercings and I am impressed that they are willing to clean my piercings once a week at no extra cost. You really get value for your money. Amazing customer service! I went in looking to get a new nose ring and the girl greeted me right away with a big smile on her face! I had a Daith piercing done and no pain or discomfort. This piercing is often done to prevent or reduce migraines. I went in kind of a skeptic but as my migraines were ruling my life, I decided it was worth a try. I actually went in with one, left with a diminishing one, and after approx. 1 hour!! It was GONE! My migraines lasted days. I haven't had one since. I've felt the beginning signs but they don't materialize. They are very professional. I highly recommend it. Read Less

My seven year old had her ears pierced last week at Terry Lynn's. WONDERFUL service! So sweet with my daughter, she was so comfortable with Terry Lynn and Liz! They pierced both ears at the same time! I love the new guns, very nice and much more sterile than the old one I had mine done with as a child. They even took her photo to remember the day! We got the little kit to clean her ears with too and no issues. I've always had gunk and yuck on my ears while healing after getting them pierced from jewelery stores or other places. I would never ever send anyone to her, her bedside manners are unbelievable. Shes rude, unperfessional and just a right out....... don't ever make a group apointment because if u have to reschedule your apointment she just takes the downpayment money and runs, then she refuses to reschedule.
