My dad and I both decided to get tattoos on a whim, so I messaged Steel n Ink on Facebook and called, to no response. We were in the area anyways and decided to just show up and hope they had time for a walk-in. The place was super clean and very trendy inside. Staff were friendly and quick to help us. We ended up getting tattooed by Chris, who drew up a design for us quickly and was more than happy to tailor the design to our tastes and didn't complain when my dad made him change the location of the stencil like 3 times. Chris put both of us at ease and was meticulous in his attention to cleanliness and detail, and we chatted away which completely took my attention away from the pain of the tattoo. I came home to a Facebook message from them apologizing for not getting back to me sooner, but thanked me for coming in. All in all, a great shop!

I went to their artist Jay and received an awesome nape/spine piece. It looks so amazing. The linework is spot on. I have received two tattoos from her and both are very good. I would 100% recommend her. She makes you feel very comfortable during the tattoo. She is also pretty freaking hilarious. She has the hands of an angel too if that makes you feel any better.

Amazing service and awesome guys! Ian finished off my half sleeve, and needless to say the two tattoos and shading he did around my pervious ones are my favourite part of my half sleeve. He has a complete open mind, is very passionate about what he does, and really wants to make you happy with his work. Every employee I have met in the shop has been extremely friendly, and always made sure my time there was enjoyed and memorable. I have finally found my official tattoo artist, I won't be going to anyone but Ian!

A couple friends and I went in on a week day afternoon to see if they had an opening for 2 small tattoos. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes and waited for someone to talk to us. We watched a man whom worked there talk to 3 women who came in well we did and then he proceeded to take a phone call. He also went on the counter computer and went to talk to his coworkers. After the 20 minutes we left with out being even glanced at. I will never be able to have the experience of getting a tattoo there now and find that very dissapointing as my friends have been there and their tattoos were done fairly well. Very poor custody service

I came here to have Kyle remove my two dermal piercings. Let me tell you, I was super nervous! But Kyle was amazing and he did such an awesome job keeping me comfortable and calm, walking me through the whole process step by step. He was very quick and professional, and he made the experience as painless and stress free as possible. If I were ever planning on getting another piercing done, I would 100% go to Kyle again. Rad dude and he definitely is very knowledgeable!

This studio is honestly amazing. They've always been incredibly professional and kind towards me. I had my septum done here last year, and got both nostrils done last week. They were amazing both times and answered all of my questions. I even had a nostril hoop fall out today while I slept and Kyle helped put a new piece of jewelry back in for me. If I ever decide on more piercings or even tattoos, I'll definitely come back to have them done here.

I've been going to Kyle for over 10 years now for all my piercings and I have never been disappointed. He is a true artist at what he does. Jeff and Tyler have done a majority of my tattoos (I have well over 30 at this point) and I have always been satisfied. Recently Chris started a piece on me and again I am more then stoked on how it's turning out. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent. I had my first tattoo last week and was so impressed I went back yesterday for another. Everyone was very professional and easy going, the shop is extremely clean, you are greeted the moment you walk in the door. The shop has a very relaxed, comfortable feel to it. Chris did a great job, I highly recommend this shop.

Poor service, went in to inquire about a cover up. Paid the $50 for Jeff to draw something up. Went back in to arrange for changes and have stopped by several times to check. Gave up it's been at least two months and no calls texts or anything. Bought gift certificates for my kids for the past 2 years and that's the gratitude you get back, keep the $50 I'll find a place that cares.

My dad and I both decided to get tattoos on a whim, so I messaged Steel n Ink on Facebook and called, to no response. We were in the area anyways and decided to just show up and hope they had time for a walk-in. The place was super clean and very trendy inside. Staff were friendly and quick to help us. This studio is honestly amazing. They've always been incredibly professional and kind towards me. I had my septum done here last year, and got both nostrils done last week.
