Worst tattoo experience ever and horrible customer service. This was my 9th tatoo, and the most money ive ever spent on a tattoo. Yet it is the worst quality tattoo on my body! I have self harm scars and they tell me thats why my tattoo looks horrible, but all 9 of my tattoos are over scars and I have never had a problem with it till now. Every other tattoo artist I've had did a better job tattooing over my scars then a girl advertising that she knows how and that shes trained to do so! My scars might have something to do with it but it know it's mostly the tattooer. They handled my scars in a very disrespectful way and have blamed it all on my scars so they don't have to take any blame on themselves. After my first session I emailed to complain about the quality, the line work is sloppy and there is blow out in 90% of the lines from tiffany pushing too hard. I know that she was pushing too hard because it hurt 4x as much as any other tattoo, and took 3xs as long to heal as my other tats. It took them a week to email back but they seemed reassuring so I went back to finish my tattoo, after the second session I was even more unhappy so I didn't go to my 3rd session and emailed the shop. i got an initial email back apologizing and offering to fix the tattoo, it then took another 4 days for them to email me back. When I got an email, the owner omari was offened that I was upset. Wouldnt you be upset if you spent almost 1000 on a tattoo that looks horrible, and then didn't get emailed back for 4 days about fixing it? I work in customer servies and let me just say, you guys are doing it wrong. The last email I got back from the owner stated "Furthermore you came to our shop stating that No other shop is willing to tattoo your skin as a result of the large amount of scar tissue" I NEVER SAY THAT EVER. I find it disgusting that he would assume that and say that to me. like I said before i have 9 tattoos all of which are over scars, and all done by different shops. I could have went anywhere but i went to the girl advertising that she knows how to tattoo over scars and that she's been trained for that. The tattoo looks horrible and I've never been treated with so much disrespect. Even though omari offered to fix it for free, I'd rather go somewhere else and pay even more money to get this fixed this mess because I have lost all hope and respect for them. Awesome experience! Got my tattoo done by Tiffany, she’s an awesome artist and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Very professional and clean environment. Great Staff! I went with some friends on a day when they were doing a charity event for the Lighthouse. Even though we were super late arriving, they stayed late to accommodate us and make sure we got the best ink possible. My friends brother got a sword and I also got the same sword. The difference between the two are polar. His looks more rusted and dated like a pirates sword. Mine looks like a beautiful sword you would keep in a glass case. Both done by Omri, on the same day! What i love about CTC is how comfortable the environment is. The artists are always so welcoming and egger to help they take the time with the customers regardless if its just a simple question or wanting to make a appointment. Its very clean which is so important to me personally. I have had two tattoos done and both are amazing. I highly recommend that you check this shop out! Read Less

I've gotten numerous pieces of work done by Omri and he's always done great work, his shop is clean and friendly, and he's a super chill guy all around. I showed up almost 2 hours late to my appointment at the Toronto tattoo convention one time, and he was totally cool about it (not too stoked about it though), and proceeded to do a 7 hour session on my arm that went right until closing. He had one of the last guns going that night, and he totally didn't have to do that for me. I have many tattoos done by Omri (9 to be exact) and not too long ago got one done by Jake as well. Both artists are caring and accommodating to your needs and wants. Omri is extremely versatile with his artwork and always brainstorms with you to make the best design. He puts a lot of passion into his art and overall has a professional work ethic. Jake was very sweet and always making sure I was comfortable since it was my first rib tattoo. Definitely understanding of needing to readjust often. Great shop! Always friendly, clean and very respectful. Worked great with me to come up with my favourite tattoo which I have yet to finish. Was expecting the second session to cost double what Omri told me the shop would charge. Can't wait to complete it this summer when I'm back in Collingwood. He has done all my most meaningful tattoos and I've never been disappointed with any of them. Also was a great help when I felt my tattoo wasn't healing properly due to illness. I've gotten my first 2 tattoos from Omri and am planning on another. He is very professional, and makes you feel so comfortable that you can talk about anything as if he's been your best friend for years.
