I began coming to Dermetics years ago when I developed melasma. I realized right away that the staff were not only professional but sensitive. There were no intrusive procedures or unnecessary expenses. They solved my problem and after that I simply continued to visit on an as-need basis. The location is central easy to find, and their offices are very clean and modern. Dr. Rosen in particular is really great. I would recommend Dermetics over any other Dermatology office. Started seeing Dr. Muhn when I was about 14 and still lived in the area. I'm 26 now and still regularly drive two hours to see Dr. Muhn even though I could probably find someone closer, because it's worth the time spent to get the standard of care he provides. He knows his stuff, he cares greatly about his patients, and has an excellent sense of humour. Yes they're often running behind schedule, but that's a side effect of the good care -- when a checkup turns up a poi...nt of concern, he doesn't tell you to come back in two weeks for a biopsy (leaving you worried about it in the meantime) . He does it in the same appointment. So if I have to bring a good book to the waiting room, I don't mind... Dr. Nathan Rosen goes above and beyond. After my first botox injection, I was completely fine and loved the results, so I tried to cancel the follow up appointment (no charge for follow up) as I didn't feel I needed it. The clinic insisted I come for a follow up as Dr. Rosen wants to personally check the results of all his work. It wasn't enough that I felt everything was perfect, Dr. Rosen wanted to make sure everything was perfect. These doctors have a high degree of mastery and care deeply about results. Read Less

TERRIBLE customer service. Stay far away. Inconsiderate staff, difficulty seeing a doctor, giving patients a hard time with health cards. No interest in helping patients whatsoever. Will definitely report to the Ministry and will tell my Doctor not to refer here anymore. Extremely disappointed. Read Less
