I have hummed and hawed about getting a tattoo for such a long time. My friend Liz showed me the semi colon you guys we're doing and told me it was free. I thought this is perfect something that means a great deal plus the amazing generosity of time and supplies. I waited 6 hours and yes it was cold. Yes it was long but waiting in line I met some amazing people. Heard some amazing stories. And the best part I walked in and even though they we're crazy busy and probably exhau...sted from minimal breaks and hunger they we're kind and patient and spoke with kindess and sincerity. Today they had a free semicolon tattoo day, and it's snowing. They posted a picture of all the people outside in the snow, I messaged asking if everyone in line would get a tattoo and if they were I wouldf went to go in line. The person who replied told me to mind my own business. Well if that's what you consider good costumer service I'll take my business elsewhere. I've already got over 20 piercings and an entire back full of ink, but I still have lots of work I want to get done. Read Less

Horrible place. Do not go here if you're putting something permanent on your body!! Scheduled an appointment 2.5 weeks ago and was promised an email with a sketch before getting the work done. Received no email and when I went in on the day of the appointment the guy said he couldn't remember what we talked about, but could "fit me in". I'm getting a half sleeve done!!!!
