Only have been Tattooed by Nickie who not only took the time to ask questions with what I wanted but also made helpful suggestions if something I wanted didn’t work. Super friendly and clean. I love all of the artists at warehouse 13! Michelle is such a delight to be tattooed by and her line work is incredible! She has done 5 of my 7 tattoos, and I am hoping for many more from her in the future! Nickie is so fun to talk to, her work is gorgeous and I love when I get to see her! Matt is hilarious! The staff here are really pleasant and friendly ! I got my tongue pierced by Nikki , she was very patient and kept a calm demeanour the entire time. I was feeling a little sick after having it done and they let me stay as long as I needed to get back on my feet , the reason for the 3 stars is that my tongue piercing is quite crooked and off center, I have no doubt that if I came back and said hey my piercing is off centre can we fix it ? They would do it for free no hesitation. However I'm a baby and I refuse to go threw the pain of that process all over again. So it's just going to stay this way. Read Less

Got a rose tattoo at the back of my neck. Pretty small but detailed. I really love it and Ive gotten plenty of compliments for it. The only think I disliked was its price, it was $100 for a pretty small tattoo. My brother got a tattoo the size of a big fist for $100. I guess it's the standard minimum for modern times and it's just going to get more and more expensive. Read Less

Got my nipples pierced 2 days ago and was a great experience!Counter staff were friendly and not d-bags like piercing/tattoo shop staff usually are.Shop was clean and a professional atmosphere, price was reasonable.But most important... Piercer was knowledgable, could tell she was experienced and was quick! She used clamps to pierce my nipples which was great - I've had them pierced in the past without clamps used and they were uneven and went too fast behind my nipple on one side but this time they're even and symmetrical. Would recommend this shop for piercings to anyone, I've been to a few of the other body piercing shops in Brampton and was not as satisfied as I am with warehouse13.Great place! Read Less

Just got my tattoo done by Matt yesterday and I love it!!!! I checked their website before going to their store and was happy to know they have years of experience at what they do, so I trusted him with putting together the design to cover my tummy tuck scar and I am more than happy with the beautiful job he did. The setting of the store is gorgeous and supper clean. Price was really good for the size of my tattoo. Overall experience was excellent, Matt and Nickie are beautiful people super friendly and wouldn't hesitate to go back if i decide to make a new tattoo in the future. I am glad I found Warehouse 13. This place is extremely welcoming and friendly! It was my first tattoo and so I was nervous, but all of the artists were very welcoming and informative. I got a small flower/snowflake design on the underside of my upper arm, and the artist who did it for me was super relaxing and calming. He went through every step slowly and told me what he was doing before he did it so that there were no surprises. What a joke. Art Addictions decided they would not put a tattoo facing my wife (e.g. When she looked at her wrist - she could see it) they claimed it was "upside-down". For who?!? Others who see it? Others who don't matter? It was a tattoo to remind her of her mother - it was for no one else but her. How is that "upside down". In fact it seems if my wife wanted to look at her art she would have to see it upside down?!? Clearly a business that only cares about themselves and not their customers.
