Amanda is an awesome artist......but late for every appointment. Rated in the top three shops in Brampton....but the BOTTOM THREE IN ETHICS!! I got charged a different amount every time for a 2 hour appointment!! My final appointment that the artist booked for two hours........ so I was charged 2 HOURS for a 40 minute appointment!! I have a bunch more stuff I want done......but I will be going elsewhere. Screw me once , shame on you screw me again....and I will tell everyone I know!! Read Less

I saw that this place had great reviews and it wasn’t far from my house so I decided to get my first tattoo here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was supposed to get this tattoo in October and it was delayed until March because of all the problems I had with the staff and their communication. When I arrived for my appointment, the artist was late and I hadn’t seen the design. I called a couple times prior and was told that the artist wouldn’t start working on the design until the week or day of my appointment. When I did see it, it was not what I expected, I wanted her to DESIGN a tattoo that would be an improvement on my original idea, not slap stock images on a Word document and print it out. I was disappointed and was told that was how they do their work there. I decided that I wanted my deposit back so I could go elsewhere. There were so many instances of miscommunication following this; I was told I could get my deposit back then told I couldn’t, I called to cancel another appointment scheduled when I had to work and it wasn’t cancelled by the staff then I was accused of not showing up and told that I lost my deposit, I made a new appointment with the artist and it wasn’t communicated to the other staff then she said she wasn’t even available at the time we agreed upon and that I got a call about it that I never received... I had multiple failed appointments, uncomfortable conversations with the staff and just an overall horrible experience with 905. I recommend visiting the shop you intend on getting a tattoo from and taking your time deciding whether the artist and environment are a good fit for you. That was my mistake. Read Less

My mom and I got our noses pierced here with Tomislav (I think that's his name, not completely sure but that's what the email says and I think he's the only piercer there). There was very minimal waiting time and everything was very clean. He did a great job and is a super nice guy; definitely would recommend this place! Read Less

Got my nose done and I am not happy. I had a dot put on my nose close to where I had it periced before and was fine with the placement. After sitting for 10 minutes because my nose would not stop bleeding I was freaking out inside because where I just had a hold put in my nose is not in the right spot. I kept trying to convince myself I just need to get used to it but the more I see it the more I hate it..... and my nose started bleeding when I got home and is still bleeding from the top slowly the next day. I like this tattoo shop for the art work the artist have done. they have a great consultation at first, whether you're in there for a tattoo or a piercing. the studio is located in a Plaza where there's access to parking and public transportation. they're open late as well which helps accommodate your schedule. I've had a conversation or two with the owner and they're genuine about everything they do. I feel like their prices are fare for a suburban tattoo and piercing studio. Read Less

I am very pleased that I choose to go forth the get 2 of my tattoos done by 905 ink. I am so impressed with the work that's been done.
