Called diamond eye at 1210 tues July 3rd 2018. Asked female who answered phone if appointment needed that day for two industrial piercings. Was told no appointment needed. Clarified with her that we would be there in 30minutes for two industrial piercings would it be okay to come then and there would be someone there to do it. She agreed yes, no problem. Arrived at shop at 1245. Told female at desk we were there for two industrial piercings that we had just called about. She said sorry that piercings could not be done as did not have bars to do them have been out for awhile. Told her we just called and were told to come so why did person who answered phone say to come if no supplies. She said manager must have answered phone not her. She apologized but the question is why does manager (or possibly other staff who answer phone) not know what is available or going on in shop. Very frustrating to spend hour driving around when less then 5 minute phone call was made to avoid this. Read Less

Very rude people. Booked my appointment and came in very excited to get my tattoo done. Apparently they don't check their emails so when I came in, the tattoo I wanted to get was not something the artist could do. Which was fine and he recommended me to another artist, but his attitude seemed very rude and like he was in a bad mood and no apology was made. I had taken the day off work to get this done and was told nothing would be done then today. I spoke to the new artist and everything was going well, until I asked about the price. The artist said he charges by the hour and he charges $120/hr and I asked how long mine would take, because I was actually quoted for today at $120. So the artist said it would probably take him about an hour, so that was good, but then another artist was standing there and he chimed in saying that it would probably take him 1-1/2 hours and the receptionist said the same thing. What this had to do with them I don't know, as I wasn't speaking to them. I said, "but the artist himself just told me the price would be $120" and now you guys are saying it would be more, how is that right since the artist himself is saying $120?" Then this guy asked if I've ever even had a tattoo before (which I have my whole back covered and I'm 48 years old) then he turned to walk away and said that I was too unpleasant to even deal with! What? Wow???? What did I do? I'm the Customer. Plus I was happy and in a good mood, excited to be getting another tattoo! They showed such a lack of disrespect and had no common courtesy. The receptionist was quick to give me my $80 deposit back when I said that I don't feel comfortable now having my tattoo done here. I would never recommend this place, as they are very unprofessional and act like spoiled entitled brats. I don't know what kind of work they do because I couldn't get passed their attitude. BTW I was only getting a simple dragonfly on my foot. Clearly today was a waste of time but at least it wasn't a waste of money! Read Less
